Looking for unparalleled performance? Look no further than Smart Product Filter & Search! Their customer service and app performance are truly exceptional. I've been a loyal user for a long time and will continue to be. Whenever I needed assistance, they promptly responded, even on weekends. They always go above and beyond to resolve any issues and provide top-notch support. On the other hand, I had a terrible experience with another app (unfortunately, the name slips my mind). The developer seemed clueless about their own app, leading to wasted time and money as I tried to fix things myself. Their customer service left a lot to be desired. It's evident that they prioritize profits over providing quality service to their users. Learn from my mistake and opt for Smart Product Filter & Search for an outstanding app experience.

Great app with a lot of functionality. Customer service is fantastic. Needed a few tweaks to get it working with our theme but the Globo team took care of it in a matter of hours. Highly recommend!

This is a great tool! Highly recommended to improve the UX of your site. Users are able to search easily between products which is parmount for ay e-commerce stores. Great customer service too!

We wanted to love this but we will be switching to another app. You have to manually sync the store every time you re-order a collection BUT the biggest issue is that their servers are constantly going down and it has left our site with no products on it until they fix their issues. I would click on a product page and it would show we have no products at all. We have several hundred. They reply via email several hours later and they have a Skype number to call but no one picks up. This is a huge problem when you are losing tons of business because you are relying on this app to show your products on the site. The capabilities are a little basic too. Please trust our word on this and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Best support I have ever received for a Shopify app. I needed to make some changes to the app. For example make it dark theme. They made all of the changes that I requested within a few hours! I have used a ton of Shopify apps and most of them don’t even respond. I’m very impressed!

What poor customer service and app, it's not working for over a week, this app caused us to lose a lot of money and they can't fix it, don't use it!!!!

Helen & Rosie, are excellent. They provided fast response, service & completed an update for me same-day. Awesome app (We have over 40,000 products) and the functionality and level of detail this app provides has been working great for us. The app is excellent, and the team at Globo is equally great! All their products are visually and functionally designed very well. And, they're incredibly helpful! My company uses three of their apps, and I tell my co-workers all the time I've never worked with better folks than those at Globo.

The filter is working really good. And the support is fantastic. They always answer super fast, and the quality of the support is brilliant. I had a special requirement that needed a tweak to the code, and they not only answered right away, they also programmed the update within half a day.
