Bad app if you have a customized store. Every time their tech team try to work on a bug, always screwed up the functionality and we had to restore from the backup to fix their mess. Can't trust them anymore.

My shop is very peculiar compared with other shops so there are a lot of things that need straightening out. Customer service is very prompt and very good, answering all my questions quickly. Very happy with the functionality of the app and the service I've received.

This app has made our eyewear store so much better in terms of how people can filter and search products. The documenation is VERY good, and the support team is quick to respond, even though they are not based in the US. Overall, VERY pleased with this plugin and the support we have received.

Amazing service. I don't typically leave reviews but Globo definitely needs more recognition. I found their Smart Product Filter after using their FREE Product Options & Variant app. Interface is easy and app offers a bunch of customizations. If you want any other customizations, you can reach out and they will help. Any questions or requests I have are typically resolved within 48 hrs.

The app works and support is ok. However, the collection speed is after implementing the app extremely slow. I am trying right now to solve this with my developer but the support does apparently not help us. As a paying customer I am expecting more.

Does the job. We are currently using search faucets , but will consider other uses as well. Helen at Customer support is awesome. Very happy with the service.

Absolutely love the look and functionality of the app. After some testing, I noticed a few issues that needed tweaking so I messaged the developer-- I always heard back from them very quickly and they fixed the problem immediately. I'm so pleased with how the app looks in my store now and I'm SO impressed by the customer service I received from Helen. This app is worth every penny!

Very functional and customizable. Works great and better features/capabilities than the built-in Shopify 2.0 filters. Support was very responsive and resolved the minor issue I had. Well worth it!
