The admin area is clear and easy to use. The filter layout fits perfectly into the shop optics and the customer service is fast, competent and reliable. It was a good decision to use Globo Smart Product Filter Search. cheers

Great service with fast response. We use this app on the side of our collections to help customers sort through the product types, vendor, or collections so we don't clutter up our website with more collections pages than we need.

I had edited my theme code for my product listings and they very quickly helped ensure these changes were reflected in the apps output display. I like the fact that we can translate filter headings - my only wish is that they figure out a way to translate product tags that are used in the filters.

Globo's Smart Product Filter & Search was a perfect fit for this store, and not complicated to install and configure for our theme. Their support is always available and responds within a few hours usually during the business day. Definitely recommend this if you don't have the need for AI powering your search.
