Smart Product Filter & Search

The overall app experience is good. I am using it to add filters on my main store collection page. There were a few bugs that I experienced but the support team helped me fix them. I do feel that the support can be a lot better as I had to wait quite a bit before getting a response and had to contact multiple times for the same bug. So overall great app, but the customer service needs improvement.

Incredibly helpful staff, they even worked overtime in the weekends! There were many things I needed to solve and then there were syncing issues, but the Globo Team were great at solving them. They made several edits very soon after my email queries were delivered. I'm greatly pleased with how responsive they are (even with the apparent timezone difference). When something wasn't possible directly within the app, the Globo Team developed the solution for it. I have no complaints because of how great their customer service is. Polite, friendly, and prompt. Thank you, Helen, for such prolonged support and being patient whilst we set the filter up!

I have to echo all the other 5 star reviews. The app has more functionality included than expected and the customer service is excellent! They respond quickly and were able to fix any issues that came up due to the theme I'm using. I ended up downloading this app along with the Globo Product Options, Variants and it seems to work well together.
