Had an issue with customizing some filters, the app was no longer working correctly with our theme. Reached out to support - it took a couple back and forth emails but they very much tried to fix my issues. Email them if you run into issues and they will get back to you. I appreciate working with an app that really tries to help!

Worth every penny! This app is perfect for anyone looking to provide an easy way for their customers to find the exact selection of products they want. With the customizable filters, which includes different filters per category (a must!) this was super easy to set up for my 8000+ products. It's very stable and fast. On the extremely rare situation when we needed support, they were there and solved the issue without problem.

I must say that the Smart Product Filter & Search app has changed the game for my online store since I started using it recently. Product filtering and searching on my website are now much simpler and more effective thanks to this app. My clients can now effectively find what they're searching for, saving them time and further developing their general shopping experience. What dazzled me the most was the excellent client assistance offered by the application's help group. I contacted their support team for assistance after I ran into some issues with the app a few days ago. They responded quickly and worked hard to resolve the issues quickly. Their degree of responsiveness and effectiveness was really honorable, and I was totally happy with their help. My online store's functionality has been enhanced by the Smart Product Filter & Search app, which has also increased customer satisfaction. The support team is excellent and the app is simple to use. I enthusiastically prescribe this application to any web-based storekeeper who needs to give a consistent and effective separating and looking through experience to their clients. The app is brilliant for our store. We've got a large inventory and the filter system is clear and really easy for the user. Any issues we have had with design updates to our store have been really quickly resolved by the friendly support team. Highly recommend!

We would leave a 8-star review if we could!! Really great app, it does exactly what it promises. Filtering and searching our collection become super smooth. We did notice an immediate bump in conversion rate that we attribute to starting to use the app, so financially also starting to use the app makes total sense. What interested us as well a lot is the ability to show Variants as individual products on the collection pages, which is somehow difficult to do (we're on the Prestige theme) but for our products to show-off the various colorways of a t-shirt for example, quite essential. The app does this smoothly. Final cherry on top is the absolutely stellar support team: Helen and her colleagues are very fast to reply, very friendly and follow-up on even the craziest / most challenging requests, until they are solved. There are other apps out there that offer good support, but the Globo team really takes it to a whole other level!!

The overall app experience is good. I am using it to add filters on my main store collection page. There were a few bugs that I experienced but the support team helped me fix them. I do feel that the support can be a lot better as I had to wait quite a bit before getting a response and had to contact multiple times for the same bug. So overall great app, but the customer service needs improvement.
