2024 update: I have re-installed the app, as I needed a proper app to work and show search results. The vanilla installation gave me an issue or two, but the team (and specifically Helen) jumped on it straight away and sorted out the issue. Even fixing errors in the CSS that were not related to the app. Happiness!!! :-) ... thanks Helen and your team! ====== Great app. Had an issue with the search results not displaying correctly (too wide), but the SP team helped me within hours!! (given the time difference and when I logged it, actually immediately). Thanks guys, great work!

Great for filtering products across the store although I would say the user experience could be improved as I was unclear on the set up steps. Having said that the support team were extremely helpful!

Love this app. The filters are much more versatile and customizable than any other filtering app I've seen. My favorite features are 1) the ability to hide certain brands/vendors from filtering, 2) the ability to customize different sets of filters based on collection, and my favorite, 3) the ability to add a "Ready to Ship" filter that allows customers to filter a collection to only show products that have 1 or more qty. The support was very responsive and even quickly added a feature for us that we requested and they agreed would be best for their customers. I highly recommend this app!

The product is only 1/3 good unless it comes with a good team that helps you with any technical or otherwise issues that you might face along the way. Nothing short of being responsive and helpful. Definitely an app that I will recommend!

OKAY, I have a large catalog on my shop and doing a search or switching from product to product to choose takes time, this great app makes them easier, the client filters directly to the collection page, which reduces the choices and takes it to the essentials, the client's navigation is simpler and more fluid, the conversion rate increases from the first day, I use an independent theme, when installing on the back up I had a small bug on display, customer service was very responsive to resolve the problem, I recommend OK, J'ai un grand catalogue sur ma boutique et faire une recherche ou passer de produit en produit pour choisir prend du temps, cette super app rends les chause plus simple, le client filtre direct à la page de collection, ce qui réduit les choix et l'emmène à l'essentiel, la navigation du client est plus simple et fluide, le taux de conversion augmente dès le premier jour, j'utilise un thème indépendant, à l'installation sur le back up j'ai eu un petit bug à l'affichage, le service client à était très réactif pour résoudre le problème, je recommande

Fantastic service! I needed to add extra code to see the SKU detail in the collection list output and was having trouble sorting it out. I contacted Globo and they responded and added the code themselves all within an hour of me contacting them (I live in New Zealand and was expecting to hear back in about 12 hours). I'm not sure that it gets much better than that. And I am very pleased with how the app works too. Adding to this (Sept 1st), I had another problem which was dealt with in very quick time. Customer Support is very good! And again this week (Nov 2020), their assistance with a problem I was having with Shopify's search functionality was above and beyond what I was expecting. The support really is superb! Adding again (Feb 4th) - More support needed today for a small customization that I didn't think was going to work. Globo's developer came through with the help I needed and solved my problem within a few hours of me getting in touch. So that's 6 out of 5 stars from me! July 2021 - Just needed another small problem that popped up today looked at by Globo and they got back to me within the hour and had the problem sorted in very good time by one of their developers. So that's 7 out of 5 stars for me now. Still very happy with the app and the service. Just had a pagination problem sorted out by Globo support and they acted on it directly = plus one more star! I ask the Support Team some questions if the Filter also can work on Product-Page. After days and days noone write me back (Other Apps got Perfect Support Teams) i delete the App. Because A App is just good as the Support team is
