The app really impressed me in a positive way – it runs smoothly and offers great functionality. Of course, sometimes I get stuck or don’t know how to set something up, but that’s never a problem. All it takes is reaching out to support, and the reply comes faster than I’d expect. What’s more, the response is not only clear but also very helpful. I’d especially like to thank Helen, who recently got me out of a tricky situation!

We highly recommend the app. Communication with Helen was always clear and understandable. She solved several challenges in the area of front-end programming and we are very satisfied with the results. The fast support is particularly commendable.

This app is absolutely game changer, the best thing about this app is their support, specifically Helen. She's always there, happy to help and very supportive. Overall, amazing features, amazing team, definitely recommended. If there was an option to give more stars, I would. Love your work guys

There are tons of benefits to this app and really just one con: there is no real documentation on how to implement, configure, and customize your filters. If you're a DIYer or a dev using the app, you will need to work with their support team. The upside is, their support team is great. The filters work great, are easy to setup, and their team is always quick to respond and help with any issues in our configuration, implementation, and guidance on customization or any other particular questions. The app does get extremely expensive depending on your catalog size, but our site could not work without it, and the competitors do not offer a comparable experience.
