We have been using this app for a while and appreciate the additional features it offers our customers. There was some issues with the app but Helen & Clara helped us fix it! They were both very nice and professional. I appreciate their help. Luckily, this all happened late for our customers, and they were online to help via Chat.

L'application est facile à installer, le service à la clientèle est rapide et efficace pour les personnalisations ou les problèmes à régler (Merci Clara!). L'ajout des filtres est une fonction très appréciée de nos clientes! Seul bémol : il faut synchroniser manuellement l'app chaque fois qu'on fait des modifications à nos collections (collections automatiques) car ce processus ne se fait pas automatiquement. Ce serait bien que cette synchro se fasse automatiquement à intervalles réguliers.

Steven was a great help with trouble shooting some issues I was having with how I set up the filters for my website (having a second set of eyes from someone who knows this stuff well is great!). He was friendly and was able to find and explain the problems to me very well and the problems were fixed on the spot. Thanks Steven!

J’ai demandé à plusieurs reprise de l’aide pour certains problèmes que je rencontrais, et j’ai toujours eu le droit à une super réactivité de l’équipe. Avec un suivi par mail, pour s’assurer que tout se passait bien dans les semaines qui suivaient. Et ce la fait plusieurs années que j’utilise cette application pour mon site Merci à Helen et Clara pour leur aide et leur super réactivité

Needed a small customization to the filtering functionality. After clarifying my requirements Globo staff addressed the request within a day. Many app developers do not provide this kind of quick turnaround. Quite pleased with the result and the process of getting the change implemented.

So far they've been responsive and quick to fix our issues (all setup driven issues). We had some minor issues with displays that they fixed immediately and the search now does everything we need. So far, so good.

Poor Support system. No Live support during installations. Bit complex if you have already a filter in place.

Helen was able to resolve major issues stemming from my custom theme coding so quickly--I really appreciate her support and the ease of the product itself.
