By far the BEST customer service I had in shopify apps. They really care about you and your requirements. Superfast, super easy. Helen and all the team has made a great work. I would LOVE to use more app from this developer.

Whatever you are paying Helen from the support team - double it! I had a problem and within minutes she had sorted it for me, linked me to the problem area and explained what I needed to do. I'm used to slow replies, then having to try and follow unclear instructions. This was a breath of fresh air. Thanks Helen

Top notch, professional and extremely quick to follow up. Kudos to Helen, Ariya, and if I missed other team member names. Look no further, this is the app you want to use! Not only does it provide a great shopping experience for customers, the team at Globo is immensely helpful and responsive. We have been looking and testing out filter/search apps all quarter. Other apps had glitches, weren't compatible or required a lot of dev work to get to work the way we wanted. The Smart Product Filter & Search app Globo is amazing (check out their other apps too!). I had a few requests (okay quite a few) that I needed help with in customizing the look of the app on our website and the team was quick to respond, make the changes asked and continually willing to assist. Helen, Ariya, and everyone else I talked to are complete gems and made getting this app up and running on our site a piece of cake (we were up in running in a few days, fully customized and perfectly integrated with our website).

The best for everything, services, many options & supports I'm using the Smart Product Filter & Search and also the GLO Color Swatch apps, it drastically changed the website experience for the clients. Really important for me to thank Helen, Ariya, Sarah and Jay for all the services and supports they gave to improve the website. You can trust them 100% I highly recommend all of the GLOBO apps.

Great app to show products with different colour-variants as separate products on collection pages. Great support if you may run into any issues.
