The app does a great job providing user friendly filtering options. When I have reached out to the developer they are very responsive and fix problems quickly. The only negative is that I have had the app fail on several occasions. It wasn't until I notice the failures and contacted Globosoftware that the issues are addressed.

This app works exactly as expected and has made product filtering and search on my store much smoother and more intuitive. Setup was easy, and the customization options are really flexible without being overwhelming. What truly sets this app apart, though, is the support. Clara was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient, making sure everything worked perfectly for my needs. It’s rare to get such attentive and knowledgeable support, and it made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this app — both the product and the team behind it are fantastic.

Excellent customer service and the app works very well. We had an issue with the app settings over-riding the theme settings and the support team resolved the issue overnight, and had great follow-up communication as well. I appreciated Clara's commitment to making sure the issue was resolved to our specification and providing us the back-up information we requested.

We had an issue with our collection pages that we weren't able to resolve, I contacted Steven and he and the team quickly jumped on it to help us resolve in a busy time period. Great customer service!
