Based on our interactions with Globo so far, I'd highly recommend this app, and would likely to consider their other apps if our requirements ever cross path with their features. Their customer service team is excellent in responding to our requests, both in speed and effectiveness. We use their app primarily for the filtering capability, their filter is not only simple to use, it also supports some meta field features that are not yet supported by the native filter. For example, one of our requirements was to use list of decimal values in the meta field as filter. While some filter apps support list of values for displaying purpose, they weren't able to filter them correctly. Globo's filter was able to correctly include the items as long as any of the decimal values within the list is within the range of the specified filter. All in all, we were very satisfied after our initial evaluation, and will begin to subscribe to their plan today.

The app does its work efficiently. It provides versatility and reliability for the targeted job. But I am more satisfied with the customer service than the app itself. Helen has been amazing and I have been leaving this review months after signed up. Very fast, very accurate, and don't take her much to understand the issue no matter how confusing I was, as it might be for many other apps representatives. Highly recommend it!!!

Bad app if you have a customized store. Every time their tech team try to work on a bug, always screwed up the functionality and we had to restore from the backup to fix their mess. Can't trust them anymore.

I found their Smart Product Filter after using their FREE Product Options & Variant app. Interface is easy and app offers a bunch of customizations. If you want any other customizations, you can reach out and they will help. Any questions or requests I have are typically resolved within 48 hrs.
