the support is great, whenever i have an issue they are very responsive and helpful, i have a customized theme and they have helped us integrate smoothly

This 5 star rating is for our experience with the Support team at Globo. We changed the theme of our store, but experienced a user interface issue while integrating the Smart Product Filter to the new theme. The support team at Globo were very quick to reply to my query, and the developers solved the problem in a very short period of time.

We were stuck on a collection redirection issue using smart filters and after reaching to folks from globo, they fixed it in minutes. It was quick and effective!

Sometimes the app can be quite difficult to use for me, but Globo helped me through. Steven helped me solved a problem I couldn't solve myself. Thanks a lot for that!

The customer service is beneficial and prompt. We used another filter app before and they don't support the new theme, Expanse. Luckily, we found their adapted app to help us out.

We have used this app for a while and it provides our customers a quick and easy shopping experience by allowing to filter by sizes and colors. Also, any time we have an issue customer service is quick and wonderful.

I have a lot of product options. I wanted to allow customers to sort and filter to narrow down what they need. Globo was a big help with the installation and when we noticed a small issue they helped us fix it very promptly! It's a great app with great support!

The app is great, especially the out of stock option to show those items towards the back of the collections. Their support team helped me with custom fixes that we were not sure could be done thru their app, but they came through and helped 100%!

Absolute best support! The filter works great with a complicated product selection like ours. I was able to use CSS to make it look beautiful. When I needed a few little tweaks like keeping the filtering sticky for a better experience, the team jumped in and had it done within literal minutes. Absolutely would recommend.
