Smart Product Filter & Search

This app has great for our site, we have over 1500 active products and having an effective filter is crucial. Hanna helped us out with an issue super quick and effectively. Great app. Nov 2023 Update - App still works great. We had a small issue and Helen was very quick to assist getting it sorted!

The app is fine overall and configurations almost satisfy the needs. Some technical knowledge requires to style it properly. Since customer support is fast and awesome, solved our problems in a really short time so even I would like to give 4.5/5 but giving 5/5 is fair :D

We've been using this app since we launched our store, it provides the complete shopping experience. We have over 100 teas on our website, so it was critical to have a good filtering system in place for our customers to browse. One year in, we added a Sample variant that made all the prices $0.01. Support team was excellent in helping us fix how the pricing was displayed in the app. There are so many great features and formatting options available too. We looked into many apps to manage our collections with custom filtering, and this app was the best by far. We also love the intuitive customization options which made it easy to choose the perfect design and fit it with the overall design of the site. The support team is also amazing, they implemented a very large amount of changes I requested, and all in a very short time. Highly recommended, 5 stars.

This app. Provides a full control over your search and filter options to your customers, I installed this app though and some colors didn’t work with our theme since we have a dark theme. The support team provided an excellent support and tailored all yeh colors according to our request to match our theme correctly. The response and changes were super fast and brilliant. This is definitely the support team you would like to work with when you care for your website image and features combined.

First - I'm a non-techie so it takes me some time to figure it all out. In the case of apps like filters, there is some logic to be thought through. The other app I tried had logic that was not easy but I'd worked through it and learned. But things would not appear elegantly on the screens and the entire admin was turning messy. So I tried this one. And it was such a delight! It just felt like the logic was next-generation - maybe it was developed later and therefore already more systematic. It is a fantastic app - easy to use and delivers amazing value addition to my store - allowing viewers to filter by all the possible parameters they might consider important. Customer service was also super & quick. Also looked for other apps they make - I already have 'related products' and sadly none of the others are needed. If they make others - I'll surely be trying them. because for ALL apps, logic is the most important factor for how well it works for the store.

I have been using this app for well over a year now, and have been recently seeing the performance of this app drop dramatically! The app crashes, meaning your filters on your website will not work, load or appear. The Sync button fails, and you are left waiting hours-on-end for a response from the App developers with a fix, which makes you lose out on sales and gives your customer a bad experience. Do not bother with this app. Find an alternative. I am.

The products take a while to sync sometimes and you have to do it manually, but this app is the best value for money on the market. I had a problem and the customer service was very fast and effective. I highly recommend it.

A great free tool, on top of that they offer amazing service and will go beyond what you would expect.
