I am very happy with this app. I downloaded and tested over 10 filter apps and finally narrowed it down to this one as it was easy to use/set up, properly filtered my products, look nice with my theme and was a reasonable price. I really like this app includes the colour swatch feature as many of the other search apps required an additional app to get this feature. The customer service has been outstanding - they completed all of my personalization's - always within 24hs. Two of the most wonderful things about this app: 1 - it works and does exactly what the developers claim it does. It creates a very user-friendly and manageable side menu 2 - (most importantly for me) their support are geniuses of accountability and quick turnaround on my requests. They are open to any out-of-the-box tasks. They are lively, talented, and responsive people. I highly recommend using their applications.

We use this app mostly for the filter, and we are fully satisfied about the layout and the filter options. The customer support is first grade, really attentive and efficient.

The app is easy to use and met all my expectations. Great filter to make navigation on my site easier. Had several issues to do with product layout, but the support team was very responsive, and the issue was sorted out in a timely manner.

Pretty powerful solution that allowed us to help our customers refine large collections. It requires a bit of work to get it going properly but all worth it in the end. Had a couple of issues which Support were kind enough to resolve within 24 hours.

This app has allowed our product page to function in a variety of new ways, making the filter menu more user friendly and dynamic. The customer support is stellar, with coders available to help fix problems and make design changes.

I Have been using this app for a while now and it has been great, it has great filter options and is very flexible in terms of styling and layout. The customer support is also very helpful and quick with responses.

We have over 2.5k products and although our theme has excellent filtering features it struggles at this volume. So, having researched the available filter apps we chose Globo's and I'm so glad we did. Both the consumer facing filters and the settings / controls are designed with simplicity at the fore. And what's more, the support is super responsive and helpful. I raised 2 issues - one was user (my) error but it didn't change the responsiveness and the other was something to do with my theme - fixed very quickly. Very highly recommend,

It is a great app. Support is responsive and they are active with updating the app with improvements. I have tried a few instant search/filter apps and this is the best one for the cost that I have found.

I find this app extremely helpful. It allows my customers to browse and filter my site easily. I’ve sent in multiple requests/inquiries to Globo customer service and the issues are resolved within 24 hours. Very impressed.

support is non responsive and app is locked or buggy- we unable to access any of the features at all. The documentation looks nothing like what we see. Each time we try to access a page on the back end it only shows one page - nothing works at all.

Amazing customer support who were able to build a custom feature for us. An essential app who I would recommend to anyone needing more powerful search and filtering.
