This app is crazy-amazing value! It provides functionality that users expect (product filtering) which is not provided by Shopify due to it being tag-based. This app works on BOTH the search results and on the collection pages. The app is very, very configurable for the money, too. The integration (data feed) is simple and seamless through the app, although sometimes it needs a manual sync. It even gets sales data from Shopify so that users can sort by Best Selling. When we have run into any glitches, their support has been super friendly and responsive. I really cannot understand the problems other reviewers claim. We are a mid-size Shopify Plus business (growing to enterprise) with a huge catalog and, sometimes, huge traffic. This app by Globo has held up VERY well!

I had a coding issue with this app and another. I was able to get both developers of the apps to work together and work through the problem. I was very impressed how responsive and willing they were to help me out! Great application to work with and does great things for our shop!

I was curious about the app and whether I needed the service. I signed up for a trial and gave it a go. Unfortunately there was some issues with my theme (Konversion) and the features not actually showing up on the site. I got in touch with support and they resolved this perfectly, asked some questions and they gave me tips to improve my product search. I am absolutely stoked. I will definitely keep this going as it is a great feature and works great. And if anything is not quite right, or I don't know how to do something I trust that support is there to help out.

Excellent Support. there are some flaws in terms of syncing, Sometimes Automatic sync don't work, so we have to manually sync the changes . but i hope developers taking note of this

Wir hatten das Problem, dass nur noch 16 Artikel angezeigt wurden, anstelle des kompletten Sortiments. Clara und das Team lösten das Problem über Nacht. Wir sind sehr glücklich, dass dies so schnell und unkompliziert ging.

Best customer support should you encounter something or need a very specific feature. Helen’s been very helpful with our shop pre-launch. Best filter app in the app store.

The app itself works great. However, it was not possible for the app to automatically match our original layout on the collection page. The support managed to manually design the collection page to match our original layout with a few misdemeanors. To correct these design issues, we are in contact with support. Even though we´re illustrating with printscreens how the original layout are, they still can´t understand that their take on the original layout doesn´t match. They´re a little bit slow and simply don´t understand what to correct. The app itself is a 5 star. The support is quick to reply but they´re certainly not easy to communicate with. Update: They have found a solution to the design problems and helped us out. Very friendly, fast to communicate with. Next time we hope for a smoother communication in order to be more efficient.

I've been using this app for over a year and only ever had 1 small issue and the service was swift and the fix within 12 hours!
