This app has really made the filter system an easy setup on my website, but that isn't why I'm giving this app such a great review. While we haven't launched our store yet, Globo Software has been extremely accomodating with our needs and responds very quickly with any questions or issues I've had regarding their app and its integration into the rest of my Shopify store. While I haven't had a negative experience with any third-party team through Shopify, Globo Software has stood out by consistently exceeding my expectations of service. UPDATE: After working with Globo and using this app for a few months, I cannot exaggerate how helpful and responsive they have been with any issues that I have encountered in using my shop. Globo has even gone as far as to identify issues and fix them that were outside the scope of their application, and I can't say I've experienced service like that very often.

Having a great app that helps you to achieve desired function in order to grow your business is useless without a well-trained and responsive after sales support team, luckily, we found both with Globo Software Solutions, they not only have a great app that really speaks for itself, but they also have a very responsive support team, who understands how crucial it is for their customers to solve their app related problems on a timely manner. We must say Customer Service at its finest, a job well done! Kudos to the whole Globo Software Solutions team! Specially to Helen, Sarah and Hong Tran! :)

This app is working great great for our new store, which will debut at www.aed123.com in late September, 2020. It enables complete customization with multiple filters. From a user perspective, the filtering is immediate (unlike some of the other solutions for this). We recommend this app for anyone who needs a sophisticated product filter. Update from 2023: This app is still working great, and their support team is very responsive when we have small adjustments that we'd like made.

We use the Smart Product Filter and Search app as well as the Globo Mega Menu app and they have made a big positive difference in the functionality of our site. The customer service is very responsive and quickly resolves all issues and changes.

Excellent customer service. Easy to install set up! We now have a fully functional Shop by Size filter, a dream come true!! Returning to update my review as I have once again received excellent customer service from Helen at Globo! Thank you Helen and the team.

In our opinion this is the best attribute filter app on the store. It has been working flawlessly in our store since day one. It provides great flexibility in setting up the attributes, new features are being added all the time, and we are really love and rely on the Metafields support. The support team has been exceptional. 5 Stars easily. * UPDATE 01/2026 * Sluggish performance at times and lack of live tech support for US customers drag the rating down a bit.

After some feature requests, i contact support. Excellent support, better as i thougt. They can fix the request. I strongly advise this app if needed.
