We use the app on our french and english store, the app crash , collection don't display anymore ( white screen, no product appear or with a weird display ) . This came out of the blue our store is 40% down in conversion rate and nobody is answering because they are based in Vietnam and don't have 24h support. Don't instal you'll save a lot of trouble and shitty customer support. We are trying to roll back to a version without their app to be back to normal.

The support team was extremely helpful and prompt in their response. They are receptive to custom requests and even went the extra mile by helping me fix the site's alignment (which was not the filter's issue at all)! The app is easy to use, looks great, and A++ for their support team!

Great app with good filters and collection page layout. Customer service is also very good. Would be great if you could add the following: 1. The app supporting the Shopify store multi-language, so that the filters can be translated on websites with more then one language. 2. The app using the Shopify collections, so that sync product data is only needed to update the filters but not to update the collections.

2024 update: I have re-installed the app, as I needed a proper app to work and show search results. The vanilla installation gave me an issue or two, but the team (and specifically Helen) jumped on it straight away and sorted out the issue. Even fixing errors in the CSS that were not related to the app. Happiness!!! :-) ... thanks Helen and your team! ====== Great app. Had an issue with the search results not displaying correctly (too wide), but the SP team helped me within hours!! (given the time difference and when I logged it, actually immediately). Thanks guys, great work!

The product is only 1/3 good unless it comes with a good team that helps you with any technical or otherwise issues that you might face along the way. Nothing short of being responsive and helpful. Definitely an app that I will recommend!

Fantastic service! I needed to add extra code to see the SKU detail in the collection list output and was having trouble sorting it out. I contacted Globo and they responded and added the code themselves all within an hour of me contacting them (I live in New Zealand and was expecting to hear back in about 12 hours). I'm not sure that it gets much better than that. And I am very pleased with how the app works too. Adding to this (Sept 1st), I had another problem which was dealt with in very quick time. Customer Support is very good! And again this week (Nov 2020), their assistance with a problem I was having with Shopify's search functionality was above and beyond what I was expecting. The support really is superb! Adding again (Feb 4th) - More support needed today for a small customization that I didn't think was going to work. Globo's developer came through with the help I needed and solved my problem within a few hours of me getting in touch. So that's 6 out of 5 stars from me! July 2021 - Just needed another small problem that popped up today looked at by Globo and they got back to me within the hour and had the problem sorted in very good time by one of their developers. So that's 7 out of 5 stars for me now. Still very happy with the app and the service. Just had a pagination problem sorted out by Globo support and they acted on it directly = plus one more star!
