Had an issue with how our collection page header text was interacting with the Boost filter. The team at Boost sorted out the issue very quickly and it is all working fine now. Excellent support.

Horrible! After days of testing they admitted they can't get this working. It took about 10 seconds to load. To uninstall the app they send video instructions that doesn't apply to the views of the app.

However, it takes only 1 second for the Instant Search Widget to become functional, as shown in the recording we shared. We are sorry to provide another version uninstallation guide and have resent the correct one. Our team also has followed up via email to ask for collaborator account to assist you further right then. Please feel free to respond to our email, and we will work promptly to resolve any questions or problems you may have. Regarding the subscription fee, please be assured that we don’t automatically charge it after the trial period. The charge is made by Shopify only when you choose a plan and approve the payment. Upon upgrading to the 2.0 theme, the app had a few issues. Customer support is great, and they were able to help and solve the problems we experienced. Great app!

Pricing does not match what you see on Shopify. Also their website does not show pricing at all you cannot estimate the price before you are up and running. we ended up paying 149usd a month, and thats not even the PLUS plan, only essential

It's important to note that our app does not automatically charge customers. Great app and even greater customer service. The Boost team really listens and responds swiftly. Their product(s) keeps evolving too, staying one step ahead of what is possible within Shopify natively. Great partner for providing your customers with next level Search, collections and filtering. No support whatsoever after 5 days. Definitely not a reliable app

The chat support was not working, not letting me see replies and also not emailing those replies. However, once I got on email with Vincy & Luna they were beyond helpful and so speedy. I requested 3 visual changes, as I am updating to a new theme and these requests were dealt with effortlessly.

First, Boost has AMAZING customer service. That's key for me with any Shopify app. Second, the app works incredibly well. The filtering options are easy to set up and implement, and the AI search is unmatched. Truly a great app I'd recommend to anyone.
