We have been using this app for several months now and are very satisfied. Most of all, we appreciate the speed and helpfulness of the customer support team, who are always ready to fix small bugs that may pop up over time.

First, Boost is a great app that gives us everything we were looking for regarding collection and search pages. The product recommendations are also a great feature. The native integration is fast and easy to setup and customize. Second, Boost customer service has been stellar! They are always quick to respond and ready to help in any way possible. I highly recommend them to any one, large or small shops alike.

Boost AI has a lot of great features at a much better price than our previous search provider. Their support is pretty good and have been responsive to our many questions while getting configured, if a little slow (overnight responses). We have some issues, specifically around side-cart replacement on search pages (which is a pain). We're looking forward to whatever new functionality gets rolled out in the future.
