This app is a great benefit to our store. It allows our customers to successfully navigate our site to find the products they are looking for, and we have been able to successfully increase conversions while minimizing effort with easy theme customizations and straightforward backend edits. They provide a number of tutorials for customizations, and their Technical Support team is always willing to help on small customization projects. Overall, great team and great product!

Boost has improved our site search immensely. We have been able to roll out filters with little to know engineering lift. Also, product recs are easy to set up. Customer service is fabulous as well.

We have a robust store with thousands of skus. This app has been critical to improving our site search and collection page filter functionality. After installing the app, we did experience some issues with our quickshop feature and collection page loading. Jack from Boost's support team was very helpful in fixing the issue and he was great to work with.

This app basically served the function, but still need some improvement in the sync, and others area as they have been few of error that need get fix. But good thing, the support team has been diligently helping me in resolving all the issue. I will definitely give it 5 stars if the app will improve better in future. Overall, its a useful app and work tremendously for my website. Thanks!

The Boost plugin offers very interesting features for our website. The support team was also very quick to answer our concerns and make custom changes for us!

We have been using this app since early 2024. I do not recommend this app to anyone with a large product catalog. Products are not syncing = price, and products are not updating in search or on catalog pages. I have been talking to them for over a month without a solution. First they try to tell me it is my fault for having large catalogs, then they find out that they themselves messed with the code. I thought things started working now, but I just checked and the products are still not syncing, and they just closed the chat because I did not respond.

We have faced issue on collection page infinite loading and its been 2 days we are trying to contact the app support to get this solved but unfortunately the support reply is too slow and the issue is still there. Using paid app and not getting proper support is lacking from their end
