It's been a great experience so far with Boost AI. The app is awesome in the way it has many great features that can help almost any business out there in need of a great way to showcase their products. From search to merchandizing, to amazing support that is quick to respond and tend to issues/requests as they come, they're top notch.

We would not recommend this app. For us, using Boost is a necessary evil. We benefit from the filter and recommendations features, but they cause poor performance on our collections. The Boost support team is fast at responding to issues, but unfortunately for us, most of the time it results in us not being able to accomplish what we set out to do. Also, it takes a long time for Boost to update, so when you create a new collection and add products to it, it can take a really long time for products to actually show up. This creates an awkward user experience on your Shopify store when someone hits an empty collection that isn't really empty, it is just Boost needing time to sync. It has been next to impossible for us to customize the Boost PFS code to our needs, so we've drained a ton of time building work arounds and trying to hack things together. If you're thinking about developing your own version of Boost, then you might be better off doing that than paying for this tool.

Great & and responsive support , everytime i reach them out they solve any issue i am fasting in a timely manner. i just hope they can integrate and partner with more IOS & Android App Developers other then shopney and vajro. we have an integration on our mobile app and using their API but facing some difficulties. other then that the i highly recommend the app to anyone looking to organize their website filter

I have only begun using the app today but I'm having a great experience so far! I initially got frustrated because after setting up my filtering my collection pages were completely changed for the worse. I reached out to support and was pleasantly surprised to receive prompt (a few hours at the most) solutions. Billie was a huge help and sent me specific instructions that showed care, attentiveness, and professionalism. A while later, my collection page is better than before, and the filters work like a charm! Excited to discover new features and use this app for future projects.
