The app is awesome! It packs a lot of features and easy to use but what's even more awesome is the support. We do some unique stuff and Jack from Boost Support was able to easily accommodate the custom changes we needed!

Really helpful app for allowing customers to navigate different categories easily. Customer service is excellent and prompt. Special thanks to Seri for helping me with an issue I was having with the order products were appearing in. All fixed now and working well.

So easy to use and the support on set-up was absolutely amazing. After updating the app, the support team was able to get everything to match the way our site looked with the older version of the app. It took a few days, but they adjusted everything I asked for and really went above and beyond. I chose this app for the feature to filter by discount, and I also love that it sorts the sold out products to the end of collections. It really works for our unique store (designer liquidation) where we have a large product catalog of mostly one-off products. Five stars all the way!

We have used boost for five years now. We had started with other more expensive and "premium" apps for search, and for merchandising / collections. Big name apps that you may be considering, you can guess who they are. Boost outperforms anything else we tried. Whatever the issue, we've been able to get good responses and results. Have also been able to arrange zoom calls (on occasion, very selectively) to clarify custom issues that needed their attention, given the idiosyncrasies of our WMS and other systems.

My search bar was not working, after not being able to figure it out I requested help from the IM messaging. Paola was the rep who helped me and with 5 minutes she helped direct me to fix the problem and then found another problem and fixed it as well. For someone who is not website savvy it helped me so much!

Customer support has been on point, we have run into a couple bugs with our custom theme and working with Stephen from Boost Support he was able to get it fixed on a dev theme and then live with the fix within a day.
