Very versatile and customisable app. Good support as well. Most importantly the developer experience is great. Some app creators are doing their best to prevent all kinds of self installs etc (probably afraid someone's going to copy their app), but Boost has proper instructions for developers in mind.

We do not recommend this app. It breaks our collection pages. Our developers cannot find a workaround like many 3rd party apps. Usually, the response time to fix it is quick. However, our collection pages have yet to function correctly in nearly one week, and Jayson needs to provide the proper support. This is not defamatory; it's just true. We've used this app for a few years. However, we will find a new one or build something ourselves ASAP. Very disappointed in the Boost dev team's response time.

The app's functionality is impressive, providing a wide range of features and tools that are useful for various purposes. Overall, the app offers a great user experience and support is very helpful but customer service is very slow You'll have to wait for the email reply as it tends to come late.

We chose Boost because it did everything that we felt we need in a site search engine. There were times that we required technical support and I was impressed at how quickly technical support came to our aid. The exchange lasted for a couple of weeks and every issue was addressed. Adding a search tool to a site as large as ours is no small task and it's important to test, and test again as time passes to be sure that the search engine is behaving as expected.

Great App - Customers finding it very easy to skim thru our products and can clearly see the sales going up. As we type, the App suggests exactly what one need to buy! Also, we approached the support team for a technical enhancement & they treated it with high priority & incorporated it within no time. Appreciate the support!

Customer service is very helpful and great to work with. It's a very complex app, but offers so many features, they have thought about everyting you need to merchandise your store, I use it on all my sites.

The App is always up to date on the latest changes made by Shopify and support is very knowledgeable. Seldomly is there an outage or issue they can not correct within an hour.

An excellent app that is very feature rich and it's continuously improving. Their customer service is outstanding, Oliver was incredibly helpful and solved some key issues for us. This app is easily one of the best apps on the Shopify store. It's a great app with a great team behind it!

This app was good, until their recent version updates. We have dealt with numerous issues since, including incompatibility with theme edits, caching problems, speed/performance, and styling changes that have affected our websites majorly. Avoid at all costs, at least until they resolve their many issues at present.

Great responsive service. They were able to add extra metafields as well as alter the app to be able to use variant metafields as filters. Had a few other minor issues that they fixed as well. Very happy with it so far! We have not launched out site yet and we have a bit more to do, but so far very happy with it.

Great app if your store carries big inventories and you're looking for a simple and practical way to setup and manage product filters. The support provided by the Boost Support Team is amazing. No matter what kind of issue you're dealing with, they will find a way to help you sort it put and make sure your store is running smoothly. Absolutely reccommed them.

This app is an absolute disaster, hands down the worst we've ever encountered. The customer support is a joke; they are completely unhelpful and seem indifferent to our issues. Installing this app was a colossal waste of time and money, and we regret ever giving it a chance. Stay away and save yourself the frustration!

Be careful!!!! This app has destroyed my theme and has ruined my collection pages! The customer support is not responsive, and they see no problem in what they have done!!
