Terrible Terrible app!!!!! I don't write reviews often and feel the need to express how disappointed i am with this app. I do not remember installing this app and discovered i am being charged a fee each month. I uninstalled the app and wrote to the developers asking why i am being charged a fee. I have received no reply and i am still being charged. Be very careful with this app. I am very very disappointed by this app and the customer service.

I first only used this app to help my custommers to filter through products on my collection pages - and it does an excellent job! Easy to implement and to customize without any knowlegde on coding and such. Today I have updated to version 3.0 which allows for much more features, so I have started implementing new fantastic features like, in-collection search bar, product recommendations and breadcrumbs. Whenever there is something I do not understand or something I need help with - the Boost support team helps. I have not meet a more nice support team ever!

In my online store, I offer both physical and digital items tailored to different markets and regions. To streamline this setup, I needed the app to integrate with Shopify markets. I reached out to support and Simon and Alex provided an excellent solution. While the app didn't initially offer the specific functionality I required, they went above and beyond to assist me. They proposed a straightforward workaround to display or hide specific products from search results, ensuring that my store could effectively cater to customers from each market. I greatly appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to help find solutions beyond the app's current capabilities.

Having a Footwear and Apparel Size Filter adds a huge time saving for the customers and this app is seamless with many extra features. Very much set and forget and it contributes hugely to the features of the page. I use it on all 3 of our stores and would not change. Great Service and Does what is needed.

This app is very easy to use. Love that I can easily include meta fields in our filters and customize them easily. Creating swatches for various colors/finishes that we have also so easy. We have over 2500 products and searching/filtering is great and very responsive. Great value for the price.

The implementation was smooth and support was responsive to custom features both for launch and ongoing. I recommend this app for AI-driven site search experiences and collections!

This app really did the job for us for a few years. We're primarily a secondhand shop. We have a big inventory with lots of variation in items so the filtering ability of this app made it easier for our customers to find what they want in large collections. It's all gone a bit wrong us for with it recently though. The newer version of the app has some nice touches (like infinite scroll) but it also forces you into using their product grid in collections. You can't 'just' have the filters If you've got a custom font on the site, it won't work. If, like us, you are using a different image size to the ones they offer you'll have trouble if you were making amends to the product grid and cards yourself in the code, that ability has now gone I really think there should be an ability to just use the filters or to revert to the old style of the app. The new version is overreaching in what we want it to do and as a result we'll have to transition to a new app. We don't really want to do that and it's , shame because the filtering (i.e. what we got it for) is PERFECT for our use case. It's just a shame that the developers have decided that merchants will always want to use their collection product grid settings.

We've been using this app for 4-5 years and the customer support has gone downhill. With our use-case, customers use the search function 70-80% of the time making it a critical part of our business. Version 3 of the app loads much slower than V2. It's so slow that customers often mistakenly use Shopify's native search before the app even loads in. Our conversion rates dropped considerably after switching to V3 that we had to revert back to V2. When we contact customer support the solution they provided is "to wait for the app to load, then use the app's search". How do you expect us to tell this to our customers or change their search behaviour?

Great support team, helped me modify the search feature to fit the design of my website in a fast and professional manner. Highly recommend this for people with less coding knowledge because of the support team, who are willing to help.

It's the third time I choose Boost as a solution and they always deliver. I have to notice that this time it was really challenging, we had a lot of custom stuff in the store, some of weren't compatible with the standard. Boost's support team made so much for us and made sure everything is working fine. it was fast, professional and a super friendly experience. I won't stop recommending them! thanks a lot guys!

Very versatile and customisable app. Good support as well. Most importantly the developer experience is great. Some app creators are doing their best to prevent all kinds of self installs etc (probably afraid someone's going to copy their app), but Boost has proper instructions for developers in mind.

We do not recommend this app. It breaks our collection pages. Our developers cannot find a workaround like many 3rd party apps. Usually, the response time to fix it is quick. However, our collection pages have yet to function correctly in nearly one week, and Jayson needs to provide the proper support. This is not defamatory; it's just true. We've used this app for a few years. However, we will find a new one or build something ourselves ASAP. Very disappointed in the Boost dev team's response time.

The app's functionality is impressive, providing a wide range of features and tools that are useful for various purposes. Overall, the app offers a great user experience and support is very helpful but customer service is very slow You'll have to wait for the email reply as it tends to come late.

We chose Boost because it did everything that we felt we need in a site search engine. There were times that we required technical support and I was impressed at how quickly technical support came to our aid. The exchange lasted for a couple of weeks and every issue was addressed. Adding a search tool to a site as large as ours is no small task and it's important to test, and test again as time passes to be sure that the search engine is behaving as expected.

Useless app! AI is a big word, please use it properly............................................................

I had an issue with color swatches not appearing on my collection pages after installing the app. The support team responded incredibly fast and fixed the integration with my Prestige theme perfectly. Highly recommend this app not only for its features but for its amazing customer service!
