We can't praise Boost Search enough! We've had it since migrating to Shopify in July 2022 and don't know what we'd have done without it. From search to filters, synonyms to upselling and much more... it's been a game-changer for our online presence, recognised by our many satisfied customers who quickly find what they're looking for. Support is beyond excellent; it has been outstanding from the start with our V2 which more or less worked out of the box, as it is now that we're implementing Boost V3 AI Search and Discovery many thanks to the time and patience of Vincy and the development team.

The app could be more powerful, it doesn't offer many merchandisng or search rules, but the support i received from the team was great.

We had an issue when we launched Shopify bundles, as they were showing as sold out, when they had plenty of stock. The Boost team where really helpful and spent time investigating and fixed the issue!

Terrible Terrible app!!!!! I don't write reviews often and feel the need to express how disappointed i am with this app. I do not remember installing this app and discovered i am being charged a fee each month. I uninstalled the app and wrote to the developers asking why i am being charged a fee. I have received no reply and i am still being charged. Be very careful with this app. I am very very disappointed by this app and the customer service.

I first only used this app to help my custommers to filter through products on my collection pages - and it does an excellent job! Easy to implement and to customize without any knowlegde on coding and such. Today I have updated to version 3.0 which allows for much more features, so I have started implementing new fantastic features like, in-collection search bar, product recommendations and breadcrumbs. Whenever there is something I do not understand or something I need help with - the Boost support team helps. I have not meet a more nice support team ever!

In my online store, I offer both physical and digital items tailored to different markets and regions. To streamline this setup, I needed the app to integrate with Shopify markets. I reached out to support and Simon and Alex provided an excellent solution. While the app didn't initially offer the specific functionality I required, they went above and beyond to assist me. They proposed a straightforward workaround to display or hide specific products from search results, ensuring that my store could effectively cater to customers from each market. Having a Footwear and Apparel Size Filter adds a huge time saving for the customers and this app is seamless with many extra features. Very much set and forget and it contributes hugely to the features of the page. I use it on all 3 of our stores and would not change. Great Service and Does what is needed.

This app really did the job for us for a few years. We're primarily a secondhand shop. We have a big inventory with lots of variation in items so the filtering ability of this app made it easier for our customers to find what they want in large collections. It's all gone a bit wrong us for with it recently though. The newer version of the app has some nice touches (like infinite scroll) but it also forces you into using their product grid in collections. You can't 'just' have the filters If you've got a custom font on the site, it won't work. If, like us, you are using a different image size to the ones they offer you'll have trouble if you were making amends to the product grid and cards yourself in the code, that ability has now gone I really think there should be an ability to just use the filters or to revert to the old style of the app. The new version is overreaching in what we want it to do and as a result we'll have to transition to a new app. We don't really want to do that and it's , shame because the filtering (i.e. what we got it for) is PERFECT for our use case. It's just a shame that the developers have decided that merchants will always want to use their collection product grid settings.

We've been using this app for 4-5 years and the customer support has gone downhill. With our use-case, customers use the search function 70-80% of the time making it a critical part of our business. Version 3 of the app loads much slower than V2. It's so slow that customers often mistakenly use Shopify's native search before the app even loads in. Our conversion rates dropped considerably after switching to V3 that we had to revert back to V2. When we contact customer support the solution they provided is "to wait for the app to load, then use the app's search". How do you expect us to tell this to our customers or change their search behaviour?

It's the third time I choose Boost as a solution and they always deliver. I have to notice that this time it was really challenging, we had a lot of custom stuff in the store, some of weren't compatible with the standard. Boost's support team made so much for us and made sure everything is working fine. it was fast, professional and a super friendly experience. I won't stop recommending them! thanks a lot guys!
