I activated a feature on the back end and it broke my cart. Not so great, but nobody's perfect. What was great is how their support team quickly responded and took care of the issue for me. Nice!

Ap works very well for us and the team is always very helpful with any tech issues or questions I may have. Usually providing live support or getting back to me about more complex technical issues within a few hours which makes a big difference. Very helpful.

Words can't express how frustrating and excruciating Boost Product Filter & Search has been to deal with. 50 emails back and forth of issues their app has caused on our website and their support is still going in circles. This has been going on for 9 weeks and still not resolved. The Boost app for 9 weeks has shown incorrect sale prices on our website (-1350 on sale, -500 on sale, 50% off when something is 30% or not showing on special at all, prices and numbers are all wrong) which is false marketing, unethical and makes our brand look misleading and ruining our online business. The fact this is still going on is unacceptable, and i have requested multiple times to speak to a manager and never been contacted. An ecommence app with teams of support who know nothing about ecommerce. No one knows what they are doing.

Very powerful and relatively easy-to-use app. We had a few glitches during an upgrade of a theme but the support team was responsive and helped get it fixed up.

App has worked quite well for a couple years. Easy to setup. My use is mainly for creating category level filters, and am quite happy with the app. Support is very good as well. I definitely recommend the app.

If you want terrible images and your site speed to slow down tremendously. Then this app will be right up your ally. The reports never work and after over 6 months we can't attribute one sale to this APP. Poor Customer Service. Very difficult to use and they are constantly changing the app that it's impossible to intergrate with Shopify. Not worth the money. I held back from writing this review for over 2 month now and nothing has changed. I would not reccomend this app to my worst enemy.

It does what it needs to do. The process to upgrade the plan was some what confusing with your system not really acknowledging that we were already subscribed and had been for over 2 years. However the response to my feedback was both prompt, friendly and helpful. The development team have taken on board my feedback and have made some simple changes to make the process clearer. The app is a valuable tool on our website

We use the filters on specific collections depending on the size. They are super helpful for stores like ours that has 6K SKU's so our customers can find what they need easily. Boost was very accommodating and helpful for some customizations that were needed to make filters work properly for our website. They were fast and easy to work with. I highly recommend Boost Product Filter & Search.

We've had Boost installed for a few months now. The team have been really helpful in answering any questions and making customisations for us. They are responsive, fast and accommodating. I wish that there was a solution so that newly listed products showed in Collections sooner, but I understand it sounds like a complex issue that largely comes from Shopify itself.

One of the best apps i have installed on my store. The filter part of the app worked flawlessly out of the box and was easy to configure. I had some issues with the search functionality but the customer service was very nice and we managed to get it working relatively fast. Overall i strongly recommend it!
