Boost app is a great addition to our sites and I highly recommend it especially for companies that do not have in-house tech team because all of the support and backend team are very responsive, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The pricing is affordable compared to other competitors, new features are constantly added, and tutorial videos and documentation resources are amazingly helpful!

I have many Shopify stores. Every store installed Boost. So I have a lot of new features, issue fixes, and upgrade requests. Every time, I receive fast and professional tech support communication. All the Boost guys are nice to the customer! It is a great product!

We have had our Shopify store with the original Theme for several years. We have become very familiar with the app we use and are good with the style and functionality. Our Theme however shares a common issue with all themes which is that none come out of the box with everything you need. Therefore we use several apps to compensate for & enhance the product. We stumbled across the BOOST Filter & Search App a few days ago and instantly recognized this was something we have needed for a long time. While our original theme offered a vast array of easy-to-maintain options, our customers often struggle with it. This BOOST App working in conjunction with our existing menu will solve that problem beyond my wildest wish. The BOOST support team has been readily available to assist with all questions and concerns. If your theme is currently lacking this functionality, I would bet you wished it did. I also would suggest you at least test-drive this app especially before going through all the pain of changing to another Theme. We will soon have another great reason to touch base with customers and prospects. That is to tell them about the new greatly enhanced Search, Sort, & Filter features on our Web Site. This is by far the best filter app. I have just installed it today and it is extremely intuitive and packaged with an inordinate number of options I could not have thought of. The team is extremely prompt in replying and actioning all of my queries. I am extremely impressed by the quality of the app and the professionalism of this team. It has been quite a while since I saw such great Shopify apps and developers. Will definitely explore other apps your company has to offer.

They provide abrupt support and implemented timely changes as requested. During the integration, they have extended the trial period several times to give us ample time to test the app's capabilities. The set-up is also very easy and the dashboard is user-friendly.

The boost commerce support team is very fast with their response and very helpful including setting up filter trees or helping with some minor development changes which has been fantastic for a small business. Using Boost Commerce Product Filter & Search has helped increased page views and has also allowed us to create more sophisticated search merchandising rules including product rankings for best sellers/high QTY stock and top selling brands. The typo tolerance, synonyms and URL re-directs also allow us to ensure we're always serving relevant results to our customers and the analytics help us identify what keywords to focus on. If you're not currently using an app to power your search Boost Commerce is a great option!

The app started causing bugs on our website on Wednesday Nov 23 when our traffic is high for BFCM. None of our collection or category pages are loading bc of Boost Commerce bug. We cant get in touch with anyone at Boost commerce to solve it nor did we get any messages about this. Shopify is saying Boost Commerce is causing issues with many stores this day but they cant help us since its a 3rd party app.

We spend about $2,000 a year on this app. While it generally works well, the customer support is terrible. They offer minimal help and treat you like an idiot when issues arise. Currently, our prices have shown as $0 for four days due to a sync problem. Despite trying both manual and auto syncs, the issue persists. Jayson from tech support suggested we schedule a synchronization, which we already did without success.

I don't know what else to say except that I enjoy its functions, which meet my expectations! No wonder it ranks at the top with the most positive reviews, based on which I chose to try it, and it hasn't failed me. It's an excellent app, except for the plan level, which seems to be a little high. I wish that could be somewhat lower - either increase the product quantity or lower the price. Thank you!
