The app was causing an issue with our theme. We were told that it might take a few days for the bug to be fixed because of a heavy workload on their end. However, the Boost team always communicated with us in a friendly and professional manner, and kept us informed on progress, which was much appreciated! Overall, the fix took less time than expected, and everything works fine now. Thanks for your service!

Excellent service for filtering the collections on the site and also the assistance service is very competent and quick to resolve any doubts or problems. I recommend the application.

We are using Boost Product Filter and Search App on my store for almost a year now. One of the best teams to work with. Every customization request has been handled so very smoothly and effectively. You all make an amazing team!! About the product; this app helps to control the way products look and are arranged on the collection page. Their app is capable of creating multiple conditions for sorting and displays which I haven't found in any other app. It is so damn easy to create filters and arrange them. Overall I highly recommend this app if you are looking for a Search and Filters app. Three cheers and best of luck team for greater business success.

Amazing Support. You don't get that a lot with other apps or companies. They helped me with setup and issues. They explain the solution well and guided me through it. The app is a great tool too, and I recommend it to store owners.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with your product that has caused significant harm to our business. Specifically, due to poor coding practices during work on our theme, a piece of code was left behind that has prevented Google from indexing our collection pages, prevented Googlebot from following any links on the page, and prevented descriptions from appearing below the page in search results. Additionally, this code has prevented caching of the page. I have sent images to you so that demonstrates the issue. As you can imagine, this has had a detrimental effect on our SEO efforts and has cost us thousands of pounds. We need this issue fixed as soon as possible. Furthermore, we would like to know why this issue occurred and what steps will be taken to ensure that it does not happen again in the future. We also expect to be compensated for the damage caused by this mistake, as our trust in your product has been broken and we no longer have confidence in it. If this issue is not resolved immediately, we will have no choice but to repair the issue ourselves, remove your app from our store. I have also notified Shopify of this issue and have asked them to take action against your company. Please respond as soon as possible with a resolution to this issue.

The Boost Product Filter is a fantastic app, it's perfect for our needs (to allow customers to filter and search). Also, Boost Support,(Stephen) was very helpful in assisting with personalised needs (such as removing the Best Seller option from our site, making sure customers could search in-stock items etc). I'd recommend this app.

Such an amazing customer support. They called me immediately after leaving a review pleading for help and they resolved the problem. They were very willing and helpful too. Thank you for the solid support. The price is a bit high, but after seeing their support and how fast it was. I can't complain about the service or the app itself. It's working now thankfully. (I would have left a 5 star, but the price is a bit steep for new shops, especially if you are not earning in the start, I feel that 14$ would be more reasonable or at least offer a low cost version for small shops.)
