these people will charge you upwards of $500 to $1000 on top of monthly subscription fee to do minor adjustments to there filters menus, STEER AWAY if you don't want to be robbed by their monopolistic policies and fees. Literally coming out with UNIMAGINABLE and RIDICULOUS quotes for simple tasks out of their back side.

Abuzar was hands down the best experience ive had with BOOST ever! he simply walked me through changing the fonts on the boost related pages as they were changed when Shopify removed the "depricated fonts" and all my pages were messed up. Previously I'd had to email back and forth waiting for response/changes to be made and hope for the best. He was helpful, easy to communicate with and quick to provide the necessary information.

I had an issue with one of my Shopify collections only showing 20 products, and Abuzar from customer service helped me. He was incredibly efficient. Within a short time, he diagnosed the problem and fixed it perfectly. I really appreciate his friendly and professional support — he made what could have been a frustrating experience completely smooth. Highly recommend Abuzar to anyone needing help!

Oliver from customer service went out of his way to try and help figure out ways to accommodate our needs. It turned out that the app didn't have one feature we needed, but the customer service getting to this point was fantastic.

Generally been good and support is responsive. Some bugs seem to have crept in recently which have deleted colour swatches and reviews from products on collection pages.. but they are fairly responsive to sort them out.

The app is not working properly, the customers can't find the products and the support can't help with the issue! It's an expensive app, but the support is really bad.
