UPDATE - my experience is a rollercoaster. My store sync will be fine for a month or 2 then I will have a product launch and lose sales due to syncing issues as the app is taking too long to show products on collection pages. Very frustrating - no fix in sight so far. The below worked for a time and then the issues continued again. Good app and great experience with Billie who helped me with increasing my sync speed, it's super fast now and gives a much better experience to my customers. Overall good lot of features especially if you need filtering and have a theme that doesn't have everything you need.

Nowadays, it's very rare to get good support. But my ticket was moved to a real person, and eventually a developer who was able to resolve my issue quickly and perfectly.

I don’t know much about this app as I am very, not tech savvy, but what I do know is that their customer support is amazing! They literally have been able to fix issues that I’ve had in less than a few hours after me sending my initial message! Thank you for your fast expertise!!

The support team that comes with this plugin is truly next level. The response time, the availability, the patience, and the level of patience is truly unmatched with some of the support teams I've dealt with in the past. When it comes to styling and functionality, there are some limits with this plugin. It's nothing absolutely crazy to the point where your store becomes unusable... But if you wanna get real fancy, there will be limits. However that's not a problem in the SLIGHTEST. Because if you have a design planned already, and you have an exact vision of your design... You can just request the support team to help you out with this. The level of speed these guys will implement them too is ridiculous. GREAT GREAT GREAT plugin for your store. 10/10 recommend. Not only is the support team outstanding, so is the depth of this plugins functionality. I had the pleasure of getting help from "Camille" and "Charlie". Great people, great team, great software.

The app works smoothly and is easy to navigate. The interface is clear and user-friendly, and the filtering features perform exactly as expected. On top of that, the support is excellent! Seri was especially helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommended!

I use this filter plugin across nine of my Shopify stores and I can confidently say it’s the best filter solution out there. It works flawlessly on both desktop and mobile. With mobile being so important these days, that’s a big plus. Setting up the filters can be a bit tricky at first, but the support team is fantastic. They’re responsive, knowledgeable and really help make sure everything integrates smoothly across desktop and mobile. If you’re looking for a reliable, well-supported filter plugin, I can highly recommend this one.
