** NEW UPDATE BACK TO 1-STAR ** IF YOU HAPPEN TO CHAT WITH MAX DO NOT EVEN TRY. SIMPLY RUNNNNNNN FOR YOUR LIFE. HE WILL WASTE YOUR HOURS AND HOURS AND NOT COMPREHEND EVEN BASIC THINGS!!!!!!!!! ** NEW UPDATE BACK TO 1-STAR ** *ANOTHER UPDATE: THEY TAKE 5 to 15+ minutes between each of their replies and this gets infinitely worse since most reps are going in CIRCLES vs. being on topic* {BOOST TEAM IF YOU'RE READING THIS DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND LET GO OLIVER HE IS DANGER TO YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS. HE GETS BACK WITH ENTIRELY MISLEADING ANSWERS VERY LIKELY GENERATED BY CHATGPT, ETC. AND GIVES IT AS IF ITS A FACT ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT HIS REPLIES WERE 100% WRONG AND NONSENSICAL. ASK JACK AS HE IS FIRST HAND AWARE OF WHAT OLIVER DID. FIRE OLIVER PERSON IMMEDIATELY HE IS A HARM TO ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS AND SO YOUR BUSINESS.} 3 DAYS SILENCE. THEN ENTIRELY INSANE "SUPPORT" THAT IS SO BAD YOU QUESTION YOUR OWN REALITY. THEN ANOTHER REP COMES ONLINE TO TRY TO ASSIST. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOUR APP SUPPORT GUYS!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! **** **** From 1 star to 5 star. Team switched to being incredibly resourceful and willing to customize and assist with many of our requests (improvements). Kudos to them. Keep this pace up! **previous 1star review** Sometimes you get such an idiotic support you question yourself if they’re unqualified or trolling you. Then in the middle of the conversation they disappear from their live chat for sometimes hours.

Great app for detailed filtering. We have been using it for over 5 years now and our customers love using it to refine our collections by Vendor, Style, Type, Price and much more. The service team are also amazing. When your business needs great functionality and support - look no further than BOOST AI.

Thought the app and its numerous features were nice, however support ended up being SO terrible. Long delay and most are not knowledgeable. What a waste of time.

They leave coding on my website when uninstalling their app. Please contact me on [email protected] and fix this my search is not working because of this.
