Upon upgrading to the 2.0 theme, the app had a few issues. Customer support is great, and they were able to help and solve the problems we experienced. Great app!

Pricing does not match what you see on Shopify. Also their website does not show pricing at all you cannot estimate the price before you are up and running. we ended up paying 149usd a month, and thats not even the PLUS plan, only essential

The link is also available in the Shopify App Store. Based on our review, your Shopify store is currently using our Essential regular plan, which is priced at $149 per month for 7,500 products. The Essential plan includes all the features of the Basic plan, as well as advanced functionalities such as AI-Powered Product Search, AI-Powered Recommendation, Collection Merchandising, and 90-day Analytics. It's important to note that our app does not automatically charge customers. The subscription can only be made by customers on their subscription page, where transparent and specific pricing for each package of your store, along with detailed descriptions, are available for your review and approval. No support whatsoever after 5 days. Definitely not a reliable app

Please dont use this this literally ruined my shopify code after uninstalling also it made so much mess literally i created again from scratch

The chat support was not working, not letting me see replies and also not emailing those replies. However, once I got on email with Vincy & Luna they were beyond helpful and so speedy. I requested 3 visual changes, as I am updating to a new theme and these requests were dealt with effortlessly.

First, Boost has AMAZING customer service. That's key for me with any Shopify app. Second, the app works incredibly well. The filtering options are easy to set up and implement, and the AI search is unmatched. Truly a great app I'd recommend to anyone.

I used to love this app. Upon upgrading to 2.0 theme, my filtered collection pages can only be displayed using Boost design template, which despite my best efforts to customize, looks nothing like my theme.
