We have faced issue on collection page infinite loading and its been 2 days we are trying to contact the app support to get this solved but unfortunately the support reply is too slow and the issue is still there. Using paid app and not getting proper support is lacking from their end

We've been using Boost for a few years now and have had a positive experience. We've needed some customizations to get things to match our theme and branding, and they've been accommodating and always willing to help (& quickly). This is a great fairly priced option for filter and search.

I'm only using the Instant Search features, but this app works perfectly for what I needed. Very reasonably priced, and allows a ton of customization. The support has been great as well. I needed a few tweaks to get it displaying properly with my theme on mobile, and their team took care of it very promptly. And they were able to answer all of my questions about configuring the settings in the app. Very fast and helpful responses. Thanks guys!

We have been using Boost AI Search and Discovery for some months now and we are very impressed with its features and performance. We love the visual merchandising tools that let us control how products are displayed and ranked. The custom product filter is also very flexible and easy to use. It works well with any theme and allows us to create unlimited filter options based on tags, metafields, variants, ... The analytics dashboard is also very insightful and shows us how customers are using the search and filter features. Customer service is always there to help us. We highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to improve their store's search and discovery experience.

It's been a great experience so far with Boost AI. The app is awesome in the way it has many great features that can help almost any business out there in need of a great way to showcase their products. From search to merchandizing, to amazing support that is quick to respond and tend to issues/requests as they come, they're top notch.

Terrible. Completely changes the look of your product page permanently and looks terrible, hard to customize too 0/10

Please note that our latest V3 app can replicate 90% of the original layout of 15 different themes (Dawn included), but if you’re using a different theme or have customized the layout of an original theme, our theme setup will apply the default theme. Rest assured this does NOT affect your live theme after installing the app but duplicated theme only. Although the new layout may appear different, we do have a tool called “Edit Visual Design” in the “Theme” section that allows users to adjust and customize it with ease before publishing the theme.
