Amplify has made many of our store's discounts easy to implement and manage. The cart is also very user friendly. Carlos and the Amplify team are amazing to work with due to their quick responses, abundance of knowledge, and friendliness! I highly recommend using Amplify.

We’re using Amplify for bundles and cart functionality, and I have to say it works really well. However, the real strength of Amplify is the customer support — Carlos is always ready to quickly solve any doubt or issue, and the flexibility of the team is outstanding. Several of our feature requests were accepted and developed in a very short time. Highly recommended!

Our primary motivation to use Amplify was to get around Shopify's limit of 3 total options per bundle. Once you have two products with two or more options, Shopify's native bundle solution will not work. While we've found some of the in-app customizations to be limited, Amplify's team is incredibly responsive in writing custom code and helping us apply customizations to get the user experience exactly how we want it.

BEWARE! While this app might function well, the developers are out for a money grab. Don't be lured by the FREE trial. We deleted the app TWICE, only to learn that it was still active and we were being charged for it for over 2 years, while not utilizing it on our site. On top of it, they increased the monthly charge from $49 to $99 without any notice! Granted, we should have caught this earlier, but the way app charges are billed through Shopify, they are often buried amongst other charges, such as shipping and marketplace charges. Once we realized there was a consistent charge, we asked the developers for a billing statement, which they initially refused to provide, and then only sent a screen shot of the last 6 months. We explained to them that the app was not being used on the site and the test bundle we created was not published, but they refused to partner with us and would not consider any refund. There are SO MANY bundle apps out there, so it would seem like customer service and partnership would be a standout quality for a company that is supposed to support businesses of all sizes. Very disappointed by lack of professionalism and care.

We’ve been using this app for over a year, and it used to work very well — the features were solid and the customer support was responsive. However, over time, the support quality has declined significantly. It's getting SOOOO EXPENSIVE. Recently, response times have become extremely slow, which is very concerning for a tool that directly impacts site performance. Today, the app even caused our cart to crash, which affected our entire day’s sales. This is unacceptable for a production environment. We’ve since uninstalled the app and will not be using it again. If you're running a serious e-commerce business, I would strongly recommend caution before relying on this app.
