Amplify | Bundles & Upsell

Our primary motivation to use Amplify was to get around Shopify's limit of 3 total options per bundle. Once you have two products with two or more options, Shopify's native bundle solution will not work. While we've found some of the in-app customizations to be limited, Amplify's team is incredibly responsive in writing custom code and helping us apply customizations to get the user experience exactly how we want it.

Great bundle and sale options and fast costumer service!

Let me start with the customer service. Their customer service is AMAZING! Hands down 5 out of 5! I love the app. After searching for months, almost a year, I finally found the app for my shirt business. Easy to use after getting the hang of it. You are literally a chat away for a human assistant if you may have any questions. No question is silly for them! As soon as I can schedule an automatic start and end date/time for my bundles, I will give it a 5+ stars! UPDATE: Please make PickyStory available on mobile (ANDROID) and table.

The app in general is great - we actually rose AOV by using shop the look feature, support is extra quick and ready to help. The reason I am not giving it score 5 is the appearance of the apps widget on the site. They don't look premium enough. They should do some fine tuning on widgets interface or leave some more options to align appearance with my theme.

Looks like a great app, but does not support multi-currency. Really disappointing, was hoping to be able to use it. Their support team is very good and proactive, hoping to see this feature implemented soon.

Customer support is excellent!! I'm just starting out using the app and on the face of it, it seems to do everything I need and more. Roziel Amor in the customer support team was brilliantly helpful. The only slight snag at the moment is that combo products don't automatically go 'out of stock' if a component isn't available - it's just the 'add to cart' button that stops working, without explanation to the customer. That's the only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars. They do say they are working on that aspect though, so fingers crossed they'll have it cracked soon! Thanks for your help Roziel - your service was 5 stars! :)

The app is very helpful for our store improvements. Sometimes we're having trouble using some features but the customer service immediately helps us.

Lots of great features for making combos, kits, bundles, and other deals. Some of the features are tricky to implement, but customer service is AMAZING!
