10/10 Love this app and the support team are absolutely awesome. They will build a bundle for you and send you videos of how they did it so that you can replicate it yourself. They also take on suggestions for future releases as well.

An element wasn't visualizing correctly and Ceren helped point me to an error I'd made in the code. She was able to show me via Loom where the error was. Great help!!

Excellent customer service. This app is exactly what I was looking for. Shopify wouldn't allow me to create bundles with variants the way I wanted to. But I'm now able to customize my offers.

Best app on Shopify. Just get it. The customer service alone is worth learning the interface. The backend takes a little getting used to and I'm sure will get even more streamlined in the future. But it's HIGHLY worth it to upsell and create automations.

Pickystory support has been phenomenal. We are still working through things on our side to take full advantage of the app, but every question or technical problem has been quickly supported and fixed along the way. They are always available to jump on a call and walk through any questions and concerns.
