PickyStory is always quick to respond whenever I have a question regarding a combo or bundle to create. The service is awesome. Keep it up. I do wish there was a timer for bundles to go active and that the combos didn't go live immediately but now that I know I can turn it off and schedule in Shopify it all works out. Really fantastic app. Solves for everything we needed for Bundles... pre-fixed bundles + bundles that users could build + offer-based bundles and much more. We thought we had a very unique requirement, but the product already had in-built features for every new creative thing we wanted. Hats off to the builders. And a major shout out to Leizel - her product support is like magic. She fully solved our queries about her app, as well as the curiosities I had about how other unrelated apps interact with bundles!

Great functionality and the support staff is responsive and helpful. We will be continuing to implement PickyStory solutions across all storefronts.

Fabulous service tonight from Mary Bernadeth, as a very technophobic store owner , i was really struggling to set up the offers i need to set up on my website - i was losing money by not being able to match other retailers. This application has most features needed for building BOGO and Combo Pack type offers. Customer support is also very quick to respond and help out.

The application is not that easy when you know nothing about it but Mary Bernadeth help me so much. She sends me videos to help me build my bundle and answer all of my questions. I am very satisfied with the app.

Excellent service, so far making bundles it's been super easy, I tried other apps and they don't allow me to do what I needed. The interface is friendly and the functionality is great.

This app is pretty damn cool. I read up on it and watched the videos. I created a kit and couldn't get it to work. The on line chat helped me through my issues and answer all of my questions and provided some great links to more information. The hard part for me was trying to figure out which 'deal' to use, kit, bundle, etc.. the app is very flexible. I was able to create a couple of different kits with a target price (e.g. buy 6 for $20, you could also have % discounts... extremely cool ). We will be rolling out a new product line soon and this will allow us to create some special buys - buy 2 bags of coffee get a free coffee mug...etc.. Highly recommend it.

I had trouble with installing the bundles on my site and leizel was super patient and helpful in trouble shooting my issues and helping me to installing everything in my store.

This app is well designed and versatile. I can bundle items to attract more business and make package deals. It's easier for customers to navigate the vast options and selection when there are recommended combos, especially at a discount! Good customer service for this app too!
