Amazing support and fabulous app! I installed this for one of my clients (through my VA business) a few weeks ago and noticed that it was performing really well for her so I just installed it for myself. Does exactly what is says - easy to implement and really good tech support. Got bundles up and running within 30 minutes and almost real-item tech support via chat to help out with noob questions. Superb!

We use PickyStory as an easy way to sell cross sell items. The Combo Products allow us to group multiple products but present it as a single product to customer. This gives our customers a great experience as they are able to purchase sets of related items with one click, and results in a great conversion rate for us. The customer support is incredibly helpful and responsive too.

PickyStory is a great app. But coupled with their customer service, PickyStory is just phenomenal. As with all apps, there are limitations, but their customer service team goes above and beyond to creatively troubleshoot and come up with solutions. They definitely understand the small-business mindset and are determined to make you successful. I couldn't be more pleased.

I uninstalled this application because I was changing the theme for my store. I was going to reinstall it after the switch, but I will never work with this developer again. Aside from the monthly fee, there was an unspecified charge on my bill after the uninstallation. I asked the developer to explain and specify the reason for the charge; they claimed I breached the tier by generating sales with their application. However, their application was barely functional for my site. I asked them to specifically explain the sales generated through their application, but they failed to do so. They are still keeping the money, and their customer service is extremely poor. I am very upset with this developer, and I do not recommend their application to anybody.

I had a little stumble when starting, but received immediate and excellent help from the PickyStory team (shoutout to Leizel Ann – you're a gem!). Diving deeper into PickyStory now and can't wait to discover all the features. Thank you SO much to Mary for their help today. I couldn't work out how to add the title and cost to a combo I'd created, and within just a few very short minutes, they'd sorted it for me. Huge help and lots of time saved for me - Brand new to PickyStory, but so far a very pleasant experience and would recommend.

Net begonnen met PickyStory na het testen van een paar andere soortgelijke apps. PickyStory lijkt wel degene te zijn die het meest kan met het minst moeite (niet coderen etc). Tot nu toe heel blij met de app en de service. Nu nog sales maken...
