Amplify | Bundles & Upsell

We use PickyStory as an easy way to sell cross sell items. The Combo Products allow us to group multiple products but present it as a single product to customer. This gives our customers a great experience as they are able to purchase sets of related items with one click, and results in a great conversion rate for us. The customer support is incredibly helpful and responsive too.

I used this app to help me create bundles of 4, for clothing items for our track and field club. We needed to make then for a total of $150.

PickyStory is a great app. But coupled with their customer service, PickyStory is just phenomenal. As with all apps, there are limitations, but their customer service team goes above and beyond to creatively troubleshoot and come up with solutions. They definitely understand the small-business mindset and are determined to make you successful. I couldn't be more pleased.

I uninstalled this application because I was changing the theme for my store. I was going to reinstall it after the switch, but I will never work with this developer again. Aside from the monthly fee, there was an unspecified charge on my bill after the uninstallation. I asked the developer to explain and specify the reason for the charge; they claimed I breached the tier by generating sales with their application. However, their application was barely functional for my site. I asked them to specifically explain the sales generated through their application, but they failed to do so. They are still keeping the money, and their customer service is extremely poor. I am very upset with this developer, and I do not recommend their application to anybody.

I had a little stumble when starting, but received immediate and excellent help from the PickyStory team (shoutout to Leizel Ann – you're a gem!). Diving deeper into PickyStory now and can't wait to discover all the features. Go get the app – and if there's anything you need help with, know there are happy helping hands on the other side with team PickyStory.

Thank you SO much to Mary for their help today. I couldn't work out how to add the title and cost to a combo I'd created, and within just a few very short minutes, they'd sorted it for me. Huge help and lots of time saved for me - Brand new to PickyStory, but so far a very pleasant experience and would recommend.

I am very impressed with the 'on the spot' help from the live chat team. The Picky Story team is very knowledgeable and helpful in real time to get your bundles on to your website quickly and correctly.

Simple and easy to use. I had an issue and reached out to support—Leizel (who was absolutely amazing) responded in less than 30 seconds and helped resolve my issue in a few minutes. Customer service is really wonderful. I felt totally supported which is a huge relief when working with 3rd party apps. Thanks so much Leizel!

PickyStory is always quick to respond whenever I have a question regarding a combo or bundle to create. The service is awesome. Keep it up. I do wish there was a timer for bundles to go active and that the combos didn't go live immediately but now that I know I can turn it off and schedule in Shopify it all works out. Really fantastic app. Solves for everything we needed for Bundles... pre-fixed bundles + bundles that users could build + offer-based bundles and much more. We thought we had a very unique requirement, but the product already had in-built features for every new creative thing we wanted. Hats off to the builders. And a major shout out to Leizel - her product support is like magic. She fully solved our queries about her app, as well as the curiosities I had about how other unrelated apps interact with bundles!

Great functionality and the support staff is responsive and helpful. We will be continuing to implement PickyStory solutions across all storefronts.

Fabulous service tonight from Mary Bernadeth, as a very technophobic store owner , i was really struggling to set up the offers i need to set up on my website - i was losing money by not being able to match other retailers. Mary took me through the whole process, explaining and using videos and screen shots of real-time set up. I know feel very confident in setting up other offers.
