Fabulous service tonight from Mary Bernadeth, as a very technophobic store owner , i was really struggling to set up the offers i need to set up on my website - i was losing money by not being able to match other retailers. Mary took me through the whole process, explaining and using videos and screen shots of real-time set up. I know feel very confident in setting up other offers. Customer service is the best here. Will sat with me this afternoon on zoom to explain the program, and when I was having trouble later on, Mary Bernadeth answered the chat quickly and provided me with not only instructions... but a video tutorial! Thank you PickyStory team :)

This application has most features needed for building BOGO and Combo Pack type offers. Customer support is also very quick to respond and help out.

This app is great. So easy to use and gives my customers the option to build a bundle to save $$. The customer service is great, very prompt and helpful. Mary Bernadeth was amazing and helped me achieve the exact look I was after on my website with the widget placement.

This app is pretty damn cool. I read up on it and watched the videos. I created a kit and couldn't get it to work. The on line chat helped me through my issues and answer all of my questions and provided some great links to more information. The hard part for me was trying to figure out which 'deal' to use, kit, bundle, etc.. the app is very flexible. I was able to create a couple of different kits with a target price (e.g. buy 6 for $20, you could also have % discounts... extremely cool ). We will be rolling out a new product line soon and this will allow us to create some special buys - buy 2 bags of coffee get a free coffee mug...etc.. Highly recommend it.

This app is well designed and versatile. I can bundle items to attract more business and make package deals. It's easier for customers to navigate the vast options and selection when there are recommended combos, especially at a discount! Good customer service for this app too!

I've been on PickyStory for only a couple of weeks, Installation was very easy, set up was great and the Youtube Videos were helpful! I did run into a situation today where I needed custom help and within minutes they found the problem and changed a few lines of code to help me get my problem solved. 5-stars so far!!

We're using this to create standalone bundle pages that add the individual bundle line items to the cart. This has made our fulfillment process much easier. Setup was a little tricky, but their support was fast and they fixed the issue.

PickyStory has made bundling easy and the support team is awesome. I love the interface both to create deals and for customers on the live site. PickyStory allows you complete flexibility on bundle location too which was huge for us.
