I've had a really great experience with PickStory so far. They have great customer service, I personally worked with Uğur Can and he was very helpful and timely with his responses. This app has driven more sales for me with the upsell feature - I would highly recommend checking it out.

Uğur Can He is your savior! matchless! He is the only one who helped me with the app. The app is very good, but twice to the Shopee team and to me, the third time I contacted you, he helped me in less than 10 minutes! There is nothing like him, I hope you will train everyone to work like him because he did it in a few minutes after two weeks I am in talks with you and the Shopify team!

GREAT experience and absolutely amazing response to help requests. We use this app on two Shopify stores and it really is a great too to increase AOV. While I do wish there wasn't pricing based on generated revenue, I understand. The automation and AI value that the app brings to my website, without me having to spend time or bandwidth to create these experiences on my own is worth it. If you are looking to save LOTS of time and get a LOT of value for the app-spend, PickyStory is the way to go!

Let me start with the customer service. Their customer service is AMAZING! Hands down 5 out of 5! I love the app. After searching for months, almost a year, I finally found the app for my shirt business. Easy to use after getting the hang of it. You are literally a chat away for a human assistant if you may have any questions. No question is silly for them!

PickyStory has done exactly what I needed it to for my website. I found it straight forward to use and where I did have issues, I used the live chat and my problem was fixed immediately. Newly added this app to our store. It looks very promising. Trying to set up the build-your-own-box bundle now. Their tool is very intuitive. I had a cookie-related issue when I was adding the app and it got sorted very quickly after escalated it to Support. Also, I asked for a missing feature and was happy to learn that they are already planning to release it soon. Thanks again to Ceren and all the people behind this app.
