Great app, especially after the recent update! We use it without the discount option - as we don't need to provide a discount - we need to "combine" unique products into a Combo for new customers. And the 24.7 support is very quick and helpful - supports, explains, provides screenshot guidelines directly for my issue!

I ended up uninstalling this app because it wasn't what I was looking for. However, I was very impressed with the customer service which was super speedy and helpful throughout my multiple interactions with them while I played around with it.

This is a great app for bundles and combos. It really allowed me to keep track of individual parts that i typically would ship out to customers as well as bundle under 'Complete" kits. Its fantastic, and support was quick and easy when I had questions.

This is a solid 5-star bundles app! I have tried out many others, but this one is on a different level. It is beautifully designed and user-friendly. Its features are fantastic and the customer service is second to none! In fact, when I reached out to them, their response was less than 2 minutes! Mary worked with me until all my questions were answered. Highly recommended!!

This app really helped me to create bundles and combos, It is very helpfull for creating mix products while at the same time making sure your inventory is correct acourding to it . The customer service is very helpful! Every time I had a problem or didn't understood something they helped right away and made sure that everything works

Great app with great customer support! Can create bundles even with 3PL in-stock products (not just in stock in Shopify) that dynamically updates inventory. Super flexible and functional. Highly recommend.

Very helpful customer service. Great tool. As with most Shopify apps, wish there was a one size fits all tool, but we can all dream.

Tried Bold, Bundable, and few others, PickyStory is what I ended up using though, simple to use and good customer support.

Works great right after install. Tried some free products but realized i need to make small payment to get what we need. Update: Support is amazing I guess they are up 24/7 and very helpful. My experience was with Amor and she was quick and knowledgeable.

The customer service was SUPER helpful! She answered all of my questions and helped me figure so many things out. Didn't just send me articles to read she actually helped me do it!

Recently got this app, the free period has given me a good opportunity to learn how to use the app and the support has been extremely attentive at all hours. Overall really great app so far, would be good if it had customisation specific to the platform though! :)

I received support from Leizel and Roziel and they were so outstandingly helpful. I had many questions and specific kinds of discounts to set up, and had been encountering different issues in setting them up in other apps I tried. But they were able to help me figure out all of the issues I was having. No only is PickyStory very capable in its offerings, but their instant chat support was the best thing for me. In the other apps I tried support was difficult to come by or time-delayed, but PickyStory's customer support is top-notch! Thank you Leizel, Roziel, and PickyStory!
