Recently got this app, the free period has given me a good opportunity to learn how to use the app and the support has been extremely attentive at all hours. Overall really great app so far, would be good if it had customisation specific to the platform though! :)

I received support from Leizel and Roziel and they were so outstandingly helpful. I had many questions and specific kinds of discounts to set up, and had been encountering different issues in setting them up in other apps I tried. But they were able to help me figure out all of the issues I was having. No only is PickyStory very capable in its offerings, but their instant chat support was the best thing for me. In the other apps I tried support was difficult to come by or time-delayed, but PickyStory's customer support is top-notch! Thank you Leizel, Roziel, and PickyStory!

Best service I have ever experienced with an App. Drag and drop would not work and the service went a lot of meters to make it work and help out. They were extremly responsive!! The App itself looks promissing and is intuitive. Thanks!

I've been using this app during the free trial and I'm very pleased with the experience so far. I was looking for a flexible app that would look beautiful and perfectly integrate with my store's theme. PickyStory does that very well. I also needed an app that allowed me to customize the bundle, and insert it in a custom Shopify landing page (most apps will only show on the product page). Another point to PickyStory. And the support has been great! They even implemented a feature I've requested in just a few days, very impressive! So far I only have good things to say about this app and the team behind it. I'm glad this was our first option when looking for a Bundle App. :)

Emily helped me on 2 occasions. She saved me hours of frustration and confusion as this is the first store I didn't know what I was doing exactly. She was patient, didn't make me feel stupid, took time to diagnose and fix the problem. I could feel she cared, and it made me feel better about what can be an intimidating experience learning new programs. I will be staying with PickyStory, 100%, Emily is 5-star support and person. We've been using this app for the last 30 days, setting it all up and so far we are positively overwhelmed by the options they provide. Fixed and standard bundles, bundle builder for customers to choose which SKU they prefer, among many options and features. We are really enjoying it. it's not free but you get the goods. We all run businesses around here. If the customer wants a good product or service we all know we won't provide it for free. Neither will these apps. Not only the software/product is really well thought, but the service is remarkable. Leizel is one of their support members and she is amazing at trying to fix the problem and explaining how every feature works! Always there in a manner of minutes, really. Would definitely recommend this app to any person in need of bundle set up.
