This is app has some of the best customer service that I have ever come across in a Shopify app!! For that reason alone they get 5 stars. Alex and Paulo were both sooo patient with me and answered all of my questions. I can't thank them enough! If you're looking for an easily customizable app that will boost your sales, then PickyStory is the way to go!

I chose the app from many, not really knowing if it would be the right fit for our business, and I could not be happier. The customer support was over the top wonderful!! Emily was so patient, so helpful, so pleasant and really took the time to answer all my questions and teach me how to use the product successfully. Can't wait to dig further in and grow our business with this app. Highly recommend this app and customer service is top notch!!!

I used this app to create a combo product and it was pretty simple! Leizel was amazing at helping us match this app with our current branding.

I love it! The app is extremely useful and I am touched in its cool UI/UX as well! Actually it contains fantastic features for bundling/combos that will improve sales on Shopify sites! I bet it is the best app among I used for sales so far!!

amazing app! Keeps track of my inventory while using the combo (bundle) feature and am able to translate all the features using Langify. This has generated more sales with the app than the previous weeks. I recommend it to anyone wanting to sell bundles.

If your store offers bundles or your variants are always too much for the standard shopify options GET THIS APP! I couldn't have built my store with out. Leizel pretty much set up everything I needed and then walked me through how I can do it myself in the future. Phenomenal customer service!

Caused an issue with my theme and I had to uninstall everything and get a new theme. Got everything set up and went to reinstall this app, because I actually liked it despite the theme issue, and am met with {"detail":"No user matching this token was found."} and can no longer install it on my store at all. Wasted an entire night redoing my entire website just for this app and am met with this. Incredibly frustrating all around.

OMG wasted 3 hours over a simple click of a button. Message IT Alex the rep assist in fixing the problem immediately . Love the app and haven't even open my boutique. very user friendly. Great addition

Even with just the free trial, this app functions so much better than any other bundling app we've used in the past. I had made some changes to our theme that accidentally overwrote the PickyStory code, however after contacting PickyStory's support staff they were able to fix the problem in less than 10 minutes. TEN MINUTES! That is an outstanding response time, and they also went above and beyond to update the widget's aesthetics to match our theme (thanks Emily!). As an IC, being able to showcase the free trial's capabilities as well as the efficiency of their support staff makes it much easier to encourage my superiors to upgrade to the pro version. Highly recommend!!
