Support is very responsive and helpful. The application does most of what I need it to do. Probably the best option for bundling services.

For now I have had amazing experience with this app! I downloaded it and got instant chat help from Ceren, litterally in 10 seconds she change all the english text to finnish so I can get the app running. Looking great on my store and now we just wait the customers to use it!

I've only been using the app a short time and am still figuring my way around it, but the customer support is amazing! I've needed assistance a few times and they are so quick to respond and help. I wish all apps had this level of support!

Just downloaded this app today! So far it is pretty intuitive, the highlight for me has been the customer service I've received! Ugur has helped me out twice already and has been absolutely amazing answering all my questions. Can't wait to get everything set up and launch PickyStory on my website!!

Customer service is amazingly helpful. We have used the chat to interact with a kind, competent human a few times. We have also used their free 1:1 orientation/training sessions via Zoom. I so appreciate the support we get as we are learning how best to apply the app to our shop.
