We had an issue with multiple badges displaying, despite us only wanting one badge. Jolie Nguyen and Dinh Trong Linh were very quick to reply, respond, and follow up to ensure we saw the adjustment. The app is easy to use - we love using it!

I'm really pleased with this app so far; it's providing exactly what I need. I had an initial issue with getting some of the labels to display in the way I wanted them to so I sent a request for assistance. It's worth mentioning at this point that the app developers are based in Hanoi, Vietnam and I am based in the UK with a 7 hour time difference. Additionally this issue arose on the eve of the Lunar New Year holiday (Tet) when everything in Vietnam shuts down for a week. I received a really prompt reply from Jolie Nguyen who got her developers Tran Duc Nam, Dinh Trong Linh to resolve the issue within little more than an hour. That was excellent service but it didn't finish there. I then had another problem I wanted solving and was quite happy to wait until after the holiday so was amazed to receive a response on the first day of their holiday advising me they had resolved the second issue as well !! I wish we could expect such amazing customer service here in the UK :) Thank you and chúc mừng năm mới

Customer service is awesome! There was a small glitch when I first added some labels but they were proactive and had it fixed within a couple hours. To me service really matters!

Very helpfull and quick reply from Nguyen Dinh Tuan Ngoc ! Amazing Service and I will definteley reccomend this App ! I great addition to my website - the labels and banners are awesome and have definitely helped my sales. Customer service is 10/10 without any doubts. You wont regret using this app . Great app and great, responsive customer support that was quick to guide me through any questions that I had. App works great, what works even better is the support. First time using this app and I have found most of the options to be really good. I did have a glitch issue where one of my product labels were randomly placed one the front left of my home screen on desktop. However as soon as I noticed and emailed support. Both Jena Nguyen and dev Nguyen Van Ninh sorted it all out for me. Super promptly after providing them some screenshots and access to my store. Really pleased with how quickly the issue was resolved. As well as their professionalism. Thanks a lot

After a few months of use, my opinion of this app is super positive. I had installed similar ones previously but none had ever satisfied me completely. The developer Jena Nguyen and Dinh Trong Linh did a great job, it's very easy to install and the customer support responds quickly solving any problem accurately. I have an e-commerce where I sell foods for intolerances and special diets and being able to insert badges and labels on the products is really a great help in making the products easily recognizable to customers.

Super awesome app and very fast and helpful customer service. Jena Nguyen has been helpful with a multitude of customizations that our site needs. App seems to not cause any speed issues for our site and runs very cleanly. The feature to only show the label on the first image of the product is key and makes our labeled products beautiful. Full customization for all of the different needs of labels including stock availability, hiding and showing on different pages and so much more.

Jolie Nguyen was very helpful on more than one occasion. Very fast and to the point support. First issue was related to our outdated theme, and their tech came in and added the fixes, so I was happy to see it working well. We use the app on 2 of our websites and on the one that runs the newer dawn theme it worked flawlessly, but on the older theme – Brooklyn encountered an issue with label display. But like I said their tech team quickly added the required code to Brooklyn and the issue was resolved. Then the issue with mobile display of labels was also quickly resolved by explaining their functionality for mobile. Both issues resolved quickly.

it's quite simple to use. There weren't a lot of apps that worked exactly how we needed them to for our business. Jena Nguyen and Nguyen Kim Tung are pretty quick to respond, too. Highly recommend trying it out! They respond very well to reasonable requests and will really work with you to make your experience a good one. Would recommend this to anyone who needs an easy, straightforward, and affordable app. Keeps getting updated with new cool features, and support is excellent.

Post Boxing day sales we had a minor issue with our artwork not displaying on our website via the app. A great support person Jolie N jumped online to help us and responded to our emails promptly while also resolving the issue with great suggestion and clear advice visual to help us. The issue was easy resolved. The follow-up email was also greatly appreciated. We could continue with our website looking great during the sale period. Thank you Jolie.

Very happy with the app. Having ability to add custom labels and badges on different products for special occasions is great. There is a large amount of conditions you can set up for when and where these labels should appear, including separate size and position for desktops and mobiles, set up discount, schedule, price range, etc - too many options to list. If for whatever reason the label doesn't display in your theme as you want it, the support team is always there happy to help. And you can naturally upload your own label or create it using the built-in builder if you can't find a suitable one in a library. Thank you Jena and the team of developers for your support!

I have four stores, and I install this app in each of them to enhance product display and increase sales. This program does exactly what it says it will. We have a straightforward, easy-to-implement high-level strategy. When we first installed it, there was a conflicting issue with our theme that was preventing labels from showing up correctly on the product page. Jena is my main support in regards to all stores. Within 24 hours of the issue being reported, she and the technician guy - Tran Duc Nam were able to report quickly and effectively solve it. On our website, the app is currently operating flawlessly, and we are very happy with it. It's incredibly simple to make your own labels, and they look great. Support is also excellent, and all issues were resolved quickly. I really appreciate their assistance. I can't express how pleased I am with the team and service I received enough to recommend this app. In my opinion, anyone who wants to display labels and badges on their items should use the app.
