I really like this app. I had issues with it working at first (the issues were on my end though, not due to the app). I reached out to support and they were very prompt at getting back to me, and fixed it for me on their end (I really didn't have to lift a finger). Super nice people and great app, thanks!

Excellent app. Very nice features with a great development team . After I changed to a new Shopify theme , I contacted the development team and they helped me right away with re-integrating the app with the new theme. They always make sure your issue is resolved promptly. Great app!

This app solved a few issues for me. I'm able to add options to a variety of my products some with additional fees and some without. This wasn't an option for me while using a different app. The support I've received is unbelievable, first they response to me in a timely manner considering the time difference, then they have truly helped me create exactly what I envisioned. No matter what I threw at them the tech guys Pham Ngoc Hoang, Nguyen The Huy delivered, and Jonas my support agent was there to facilitate. Thank you so much for all of your help.

I have used this app for quite some time now, and I just work so well! I had some trouble with the design and reached out to support. Got in touch with Jonas, and he really did his job. He worked with the awesome developers Nguyen Duc Duong, Ngo Viet Cuong, and Nguyen Tien Loc. So if you need an app for option sets in Shopify, I would take a look at BSS Commerce or even reach out to Jonas to have a quick chat. Awesome guy! All in all, great and fast support and development. Would recommend!

Great app to help set up different options for my products, faced some problems but the developer team was fast & responsive to address my issue. Great team, definitely recommend if you are looking for custom options for your products.

Easy, simply and friendly customer service from Josephine! She was able to help me resolve an issue I had with setting up a specific file upload variant and she didn’t stop until I was fully satisfied with the way the variant was installed across the specific products I selected. Thank you again! Very much appreciated. Highly recommend this app to any store needing to add more specific variants to their product listings.

DON'T download this app. So disappointed Shopify even allows this app. This app causes glitches when customers are ordering. Does not allow discount codes to be used, and literally works HALF the time on sales. I ran a sale for my customers and had to spend hours refunding them- because of this app, it would show the sale price in the cart, and when they went to pay change it back to regular price. Shopify's support team was fantastic, They had never seen this issue before and I had to converse with them for 2 hours until we found the result of the discount and sale glitch was this app. I spent over 24 hours setting up my website with this app, all for nothing. My time is worth alot, and this app was an utter waste of tons of my time. Also, this apps support team is terrible. Took them almost three days to get back to me, and their response was "it'll be fixed in a few months'' I get over 700 orders a month, and so many businesses do way more than that. An integration issue that takes months to fix means this app shouldn't even be here. This app shouldn't even be on the app store. I love shopify, but hate this app

I couldn't get my variants to centre so I reached out to support and they were SO helpful. They have made my product page look amazing! Jonas got my query resolved immediately and Nguyen Tien Loc was amazing at the tech side of things. Can not recommend this app enough, a great experience.

This app is much more user friendly than similar ones I've tried before, and the support team who helped me (Emma C. and Nguyen Duc Duong in particular) were prompt, clear, and very helpful. Adding this app to my store will make it run much more smoothly and will allow me to configure my listings in a way that makes the most sense for my products. I'm very glad that I found out about Products & Variants Options and can recommend it to others who are looking for a straightforward way to configure their listings that need more than 100 variants. Great customer service. Jonas was able to help me and get me the information I needed to know to see if it was a fit for me. Best service I've had from anywhere in a really long time. They also offer a live demo appointment if you need it. As for the app, it was easy to add and super easy to use. . As a bonus, if you weren't convinced already, it's a free app!Updated* After playing with it a bit I decided to pay the small price to upgrade. The extra services let me tailor the pricing changes to my business's needs. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Switched from a different app to this one and LOVE it! Integrates with the font and style of my theme unlike other apps. Wonderful customer service that helped immediately with integration into my purchased theme. Works great! Keep up the good work :)

I searched for an app that would allow me to have multiple variations of my items and was not able to find any other app that was as easy to use or as professional. I am able to list well over 1000 variations for each of my items. Support for this app is also crazy fast and crazy good, as they were able to customize my packing slip code for me!
