I would give this more stars if it were possible. After a year of Easify and staying frustrated, Cassie helped me transition to Optis in three days! Amazing customer service. Very patient and stayed present and available…even suggesting some changes to make things more streamlined. Thank you, Cassie and Optis!!!

This app is a must have for anyone needing text or image uploads. Very user friendly with the automatic move to next step when creating. Customer service was fast, efficient, very knowledgable about the app, they are stellar, 5 star all the way. Cassie helped me with product features. Her knowledge about the product was thorough. She was friendly and very helpful.

I have been using this app for several months super easy to use and does exactly what I needed for adding custom options to my products.. It was super easy to set up and integrates seamlessly. The support team is also incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for any Shopify store looking to upgrade their product options!
