Absolutely spot on for my needs! The customer support is incredibly helpful and the app solves all my needs! I switched from another supplier that couldn't handle options within a product or cart drawer, but Optis does it flawlessly! Thank you for a great app!

Easy to use from day one and works exactly as it should, even with a paid theme. Whenever I had a question, the support team was always there to help. Definitely recommend it!

I really wanted this to work smoothly, but my experience has been quite frustrating. I built a custom solution myself because managing preorders through the app was very time-consuming. For every product variant, I had to manually set things up just to show “preorder” when stock hits zero. If you have a large catalog, this becomes extremely difficult to manage. A simple automation — like automatically switching to “preorder” when variant quantity is 0 — would solve everything, but unfortunately, that functionality is still missing. I even upgraded to the platinum plan expecting better support or features, but nothing really changed. Another issue is with the “Buy with Shop” button. Instead of directing users to a sign-in page first, it sends them straight to checkout, which disrupts the normal customer flow and creates confusion. In the end, I had to fix everything on my own. I appreciate the idea behind the app, but it still lacks some basic, essential automation features that would make it truly useful for store owners handling multiple products.

OPTIS was overwhelming at first. Especially using an IPAD. I reached out to support and Cherry from Optis answered right away. She was so patient with me. She walked me through it step by step. I still need to become more familiar with the app but the support staff was incredible. thank you so much. It meant a lot how responsive you were Cherry and didn't leave me waiting long periods of time.

I only marked 4 stars, because no one is perfect. That being said, they are as close to it as I have found so far. Had another customization app that was just not working, tried Optis, and everything worked as described and much more intuitive than the last, and where I found issues (usually because I did something wrong) their customer service helped me immediately. Even going so far as to correct the visual aesthetic the way I wanted. So far they are the best I have found and would recommend to anyone looking for option customization for their Shopify Pages. One of the very few apps we pay for right now. Given our products it's not practical to make tons of variants so this is pretty vital to how we handle upgrades and modifications. And Cassie from their team helped us out today getting a nonsensical bug with the email formatting fixed.
