Lepszej obsługi na świecie nie ma ;) Poprawcie proszę tylko suwak przy wyborze opcji bo jest niewidoczny dla klientów. Takie wsparcia technicznego jeszcze nigdy nie doświadczyłam jak u was. Jesetem zachwycona

L'app est top ! j'avais fait le tours de plusieurs appli pour gérer mes options qui sont un peu complexes, mais c'était pas top, mais là avec OPTIS, je suis trop content :) Le support est parfait aussi, réactifs, à l'écoute et font tout ce qu'il faut. Bravo à vous :)

This app is easy to use and love the options available in the free version, but am upgrading to take advantage of all customizations. Plus, the customer service team is fast to respond and very helpful!

I was originally using apo product options for a whole year but i was having compatibility options with my store and the price displaying correctly in other markets (like the US). Switched to Optis and everything works like a charm, options even display when the product is sold out which is great for my customers so that they can see their options for next time, and the customer care team is super responsive and even went out of their way to suggest some slight improvements to my store. Worth the extra money in my opinion compared to apo

Easy to use app, covers all the product options we need. The best part is the customer service. They are so prompt and so helpful - go above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly. Highly recommend!

Super easy to use and when I did have a question I was able to reach out to Katlyn, Even at a late hour of the night to help me fix a problem that I created. She was quick and got me up and running within just a few minutes. If you need an app for handling options Get this one you wont regret it.

This is the perfect way for my customers to add their personalization to products! I love the way it looks and the ability to use drop down menus or a text box!

Cherry was knowledgeable and very helpful! She not only aided me in what I requested (having the watermark removed), but she also made suggestions on how I could improve what I currently had to make it a cleaner, less cluttered experience for our customers! Great customer service!
