The product options work well for charging an additional cost to personalise products. The support was fast and any technical issue I have had previously with editing my options has been solved quickly.

Really helpful app and the customer support has been great. Lina was super helpful with checking my setup and making some changes for me. It was fairly easy to set up the custom product options I needed. I just wish there were a few more customisation features available on the free plan.

I've struggled setting up a store that constantly updates variants, so this App made it so easy! But my packing slips didn't have the customer options on it. Shopify assistant recommended I reach out to OPTIS support, and I was blessed with Kaytlyn. She did all the hard work to update my account for me and set some other recommended items in order. THIS experience will help me so much and I am greatly appreciative for her :)

This app is helping us save hours of back-and-forth with estimates and customization. Still learning the platform, but it is already saving so much time. It was easy to set up, and OPTIS has the most attentive customer service I have experienced.

Great app and excellent support. Lina quickly checked our product options, removed the duplicated selected colour text and removed the OPTIS watermark. Everything now works correctly in the product page, cart and checkout. Friendly, responsive and very helpful service!
