Very good app that does what it promises. It’s reliable, easy to use, and the support team is impressively responsive and helpful. I’ve had a smooth experience overall with no major issues. That said, there’s still room for improvement — a few additional features and small refinements would make it truly excellent. Also, please stop pushing customers to leave reviews so frequently, as it can feel a bit intrusive. Looking forward to future updates. Definitely worth trying.

I am absolutely amazed by the service I’ve received. I recently switched from another app that cost nearly twice as much and constantly forced me to create add-on products when all I wanted was simple price adjustments tied to variants and options. With Optis Product Options, everything works seamlessly exactly the way I needed it to. What really sets this app apart, though, is the support team. The customer service has been exceptional. They responded quickly, helped me set up specific option rules I needed, and even went as far as writing custom code to make a custom option work exactly the way I envisioned. It’s rare to find support that is this responsive and genuinely helpful. I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but the level of service I’ve received has been outstanding. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for flexible product options backed by an incredible support team.

It seems to be the right fit for my products. There are many options that I present to my customers and it makes my website successful. People are willing to buy because they are truly getting something that fits their taste. It just makes the requirements of the web design quite demanding. I just started setting it up but OPTIS product options has got me on the right path after many days of trying to get it done right.
