Poor support for an otherwise great app. This app would be really great if the support would actually resolve the issues that come up with the app. Instead, the support team teases a solution, but doesn't actually cary it out, or does so only after multiple re-confirmations of the issue.

The app works flawlessly and is incredibly straightforward to use. On the rare occasions when I’ve needed help, the support team has been amazingly attentive — they respond quickly and actually take the time to walk you through any issue. It’s refreshing to use a product backed by people who genuinely care about their users. I highly recommend this app if you want something reliable and well-supported.

This app is quite useful if you need to add variants or options for your products in Shopify. The customer care team and the technical team are also very helpful. Customer service is excellent! If you need assistance they have a chat feature and will walk you through whatever you need help with. I have never had such a great experience with any shopify app like this.
