Customer service team is always responsive and helpful.

I have been using this app since I opened my store a year ago and have never had any issues with it. The customer support team are fabulous to deal with and reply in a timely matter. I tried a number of other apps and had issues with them before switching to this one and have not looked back since. 10/10 recommend this app to people who are after a way to add product options to there store

Switched to a paid model after attracting users to it's FREE plan then forces those users to pay if they want to continue using the product options already setup in their store. BAIT-AND_SWITCH. Avoid this app if you're looking for a subscription-free solution.

Their customer support seems to be always available, and their internal collaboration is very efficient. Some of my advanced feature issues were quickly passed on to the development team and were almost always resolved within the same day.
