This app is fantastic for offering add ons or creating bundles. It is extremely intuitive to use we were up and running in under an hour, I should also add the customer support has been superb.

Excellent plugin features, but even more impressive is their technical support team! Support team proactively helped me resolve complex conflicts and responded to all my inquiries quickly, professionally, and patiently. With support like this, using it is completely worry-free.

So nice to be able to make diffrent options for your products! Basically letting my customer build their own product! I had some trouble getting started with the Options, but after a quick chat with Cassie, she explained everything and not only did she solve my issues but i actually learned how to use the Options better. So now im confident i can solve my problems by my self from now on:-) And if i cant im sure the chat function will help me again.

This app could have been so good for me and my shop but the fact that you have to pay in order for your customers to be able to select one option is just a rip off. That should be built in to the generic features. I wouldn't mind paying for this app, but basic things that others offer as a base they're charging for. Plus, I had to have developers fix certain things because it's not compatible with the theme.
We understand why this felt disappointing. Our app is designed to support a wide range of option setups, from simple to more advanced use cases, and some features are structured this way to keep the app stable, performant, and maintainable across many different themes. That said, we hear your point clearly. Expectations around what should be included by default can differ, and your feedback helps us re-evaluate how we position and package these features moving forward. We’re also sorry to hear about the theme compatibility challenges you experienced. Shopify themes can vary significantly, and while we work hard to support as many setups as possible, there are cases where additional adjustments are needed. Improving compatibility and reducing friction remains an ongoing priority for our team. Your feedback is noted and helps us improve both the product and how we communicate its value more clearly.

The application generally fulfills its intended purpose, however it keeps producing recurring errors, and we usually become aware of these issues only through customer feedback. For example, a customer believes they have successfully placed an order, but the system does not actually add it. Issues like this can happen every month. I’m sorry, but due to the most recent problem, I experienced both financial loss and customer loss. We should not have to constantly monitor your application to ensure it is functioning correctly.

That said, once an issue is identified and acknowledged, our team works to fix it as quickly as possible. The recent issue on your store has been addressed, and everything should now be working smoothly. The free plan is basic but still fun. You can make options like color etc. to put on you're product. In the other plans there are more features to explore! Looking forward when I'm fearther in my bussiness to try them. Also customer support is very helpfull and friendly.
