I ran into a couple of issues after installing the app, but the support team resolved them quickly. I really like how easy it is to create option variants and how great they look on the website.

A really great app with an amazing team behind it. It’s very intuitive and has a modern look. I had a small issue with integration with other plugins, and within just an hour they helped me solve everything. I highly recommend it to everyone! What’s more, they even introduced a small modification tailored to the needs of my store, which I consider a very professional approach!

Ruki was quick to respond and provided clear, direct directions that were easy to follow. Overall, I would rate this a 5-star because the customer service is so good!

Love how the app works so far. Easy to set up options and implement them into our store. Katlyn was a huge help getting us going.

The app is very easy to use and I love it but the real star of the show is the customer support. It is outstanding!!! Always there to help resolve an issue or answer your questions. The customer support team and I are in very different time zones but they went out of their way, when I needed a little extra assistance, to setup up a call to address my issue. It doesn't get better than that.

I have been looking for an app that allowed a Radio Check Box which was mandatory but didn't require the shopify variations. OPTIS was the perfect app for the job & the support was second to none.

very responsive and helpful support, app worked well and had good options on the free plan. Seemed more responsive than some other app's I've tried as well
